“First visit and it was wonderful!!! Haley, at the front desk, is an absolute delight, took time to explain my insurance and cost for a future procedure. She went above and beyond my expectations. Caroline is an excellent hygienist. I hate having my teeth cleaned, however, with her gentle technique, it was the most pleasant experience that I've ever had. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Dr. Pugh is very personable and thanked me for becoming his patient. He took time to explain everything and made me feel like I was his #1 priority during my visit. The whole experience was nothing short of wonderful, the staff is so friendly and professional.
