She took the time to look at all my reference pictures and asked me questions to see what I liked and wanted, explaining what she was going to do. She gave me a great head massage while she washed my hair and then proceeded to skillfully cut my hair with a razor while talking about music, video games and books! In the end, my hair looked just like my pictures and my heart felt so happy and taken care of. ✂️??

I had a really positive pedicure experience at ST Salon with Thi. Cleanliness is very important to me, and I appreciated that she opened all the tools right in front of me, so I felt confident everything was sanitized and there was no cross-contamination. The foot bath was also clean, which made me feel comfortable right away.
The massage chair was a nice touch and made the experience even more relaxing. Thi took her time shaping my nails carefully and was very gentle throughout the process, always making sure I was comfortable and not in any pain.
I was having a hard time deciding between three polish colors, and she was incredibly patient—she tested all three shades for me so I could see how they looked before making my final choice. That extra attention and care really stood out. Overall, I felt well taken care of and would definitely recommend her.

As a plus-size bride, I was quite nervous about this aspect of the wedding before getting started, but Arianna put me completely at ease. We were a more unique case, as we are a lesbian couple needing double bridal hair and make-up, but Arianna walked both of us through every aspect of the day and tried out multiple looks with each of us in our trials. I felt so beautiful on the day of my wedding and my wife looked absolutely stunning, and that is so largely in part thanks to Arianna. She was extremely flexible with our timing and very reasonably priced, making it an extremely easy decision for me and my wife. We could not recommend her more! Sirena did a GORGEOUS job with the hair and make-up for my MIL, SIL, and groomswoman for our October wedding. Coordinating with her pre-wedding day was easy, as she was prompt in responses and was willing to work with some scheduling and location changes. She was prompt in showing up, listened to the visions/desires of the different clients, and her hair and make up work lasted the whole day and night. I was nervous about finding a HMUA for my in-laws, especially as they were getting ready at a different location, but Sirena was the right choice and I would highly recommend her work!

Laura at Mirage Salon Collective in Redmond does a fantastic job with highlights. I’m very picky so that says a lot! I’m in Issaquah so it’s worth the short drive over to Redmond for fabulous highlights.

Cookie is the best! I have very thick, curly hair and haven't been very successful in finding the right stylist until Cookie. I showed her a pic of the haircut I wanted, she patiently listened to me rant about my hair and started right away. In 30 mins I got the exact style I wanted. Very efficient and friendly. She's been doing this for 30 years! She's also very busy and gets booked out very far. You can park in the garage and walk by and let her know you are there. She'll let you in. I can say I have finally found a great stylist!

Almost 7 months later since my first haircut with Kim, it has grown out beautifully! It looked amazing on day 1 of the cut, too! 6/5 stars. I've been coming to Weldon Redmond for years and have gotten cuts from many of the people working there(mainly Katherine/britney). I always somewhat felt it was expensive but every single time I've tried to get a haircut somewhere else in Redmond I end up having my hair butchered and am forced to return to Weldon Redmond and get it fixed. Weldon at this point is underpriced because I save money by not having to use more product to cover up a botched haircut or get a haircut even sooner after a botched haircut.
I will never get another haircut anywhere else as long as I am living in the eastside. Katherine and Britney at masterclass but I'd bet everyone working there is held to the same standard.

I don't like thinking about my hair. I just want a normal haircut. Not trying to draw attention or pull off any trendy style. If you want a normal haircut this is the place. It cost $36, I was in and out in under 20 minutes. Nice fella. Definitely gonna be my new spot.
Phoebe is hands down one of the best barbers I’ve ever been to. She really took her time and paid attention to every detail, and it shows—I walked out looking fantastic. She completely fixed my rough, overgrown beard and made it look clean and sharp again.
On top of that, she washed my hair and made the whole experience feel relaxed and professional. Honestly, she’s just an absolute joy to be around—great energy, great conversation, and amazing skill. Highly recommend!

i've been here many times for both pedicure and manicure. for plain polish, the service is very quick which is great, and they last long compared to many other places that do plain polish. for gel, i've only done manicure, and it has been a great experience with Stephanie. She's talented and is great at doing whatever design you ask, even from online. it's a good experience overall. the gel lasts very long, i left it on longer than I should have, and it didn't chip or anything. Highly recommend working with Stephanie.

Coming from a gal who have been doing acrylic nails for 10 plus years. I used to come in every 2 weeks. Been saving $$ I now come in every 3 weeks to a month because Ivy had recommend Builder Nail Gel to keep my nail beds healthier. 100% recommend to try this product if you're a nail gal like me! I live in Shoreline and would only go to Happy Nails in Redmond. The atmosphere is incredibly warm and welcoming. I took my 3 year old kiddo with level 2 autism here and Michelle was so amazing with him. He sat there on her chair at complete ease (she has a little seatbelt!) and aged with her cool toys the whole time. I highly recommend her.
Ella is fantastic! I had an anti aging facial and she removed two skin tags. She also waxed and dyed my eyebrows. I have sensitive skin,, but there were no lasting marks from the skin tag removals, hair waxing or from the clearing up of my skin after not having a facial for way too long. My skin looks so much clearer now that she did her magic. I loved the hand wax and massage that she did while she left some of the products on my face. Lena has been doing lash lifts for me for over three years and does lovely work! She’s very precise and efficient while using just the right amount of pressure and my thinner, post menopausal lashes get a happy, happy boost. Oh, and Lena herself is just a joy!

Chuck started cutting my hair in the 70's before he became famous. I was working, and a guy ask about my hair cut because he new it was a great cut and wanted to know who did it. I moved away from the area and have not had a decent hair cut since. He's the best. Hands down! Jim Fitting

They did a great job adding a sub panel in my garage. They also ran new outlets upstairs and 240 outlet for my Armature Radio rig. It wasn't easy work going through the attic, but it hid the wiring better what other companies suggested.

A fantastic experience with Tim and Barak from Bel-Red Electric. Not only were they quick to respond but were quick to be available, thorough in explanation, and resolved our issue with multiple outlets being out. Highly recommended.
The problem was outdated wiring that needed to be replaced before installing new fixtures, which required clear coordination with the building management. The electrician finalized the installation smoothly, wrapping up in about two hours, which was more efficient than my previous experience with a similar task.
Started this cold morning with no power, a blown and hot breaker, intense electrical fire smell, and a visit from the fire department.
We called Linder and they sent Kevin to our house within a couple of hours. He was thorough, explained what was going on, answered our questions, and fixed the problem without trying to pressure/ upsell us or charge out the nose for an emergency visit. A really stressful situation became manageable, and I'm incredibly thankful for that.
We won't hesitate to use Linder again in the future.

She has a great eye for living spaces and also listens to your wishes, wants and ideas FIRST before adding her input and options. She worked directly with our contractor to get the appropriate measurements and blueprint of the exact spaces, floor plans that needed flooring.
When we came in for our appointment, Loraine greeted us with her warm smile and very focused on our needs. She has a keen and beautiful sense of interior design and the flooring products very well. Which ones were more durable, pet/stain protected & more cost effective. She worked within our budget for each room.

They were on time and on budget every step of the way. While the initial quote was higher than others we got at the start, it was absolutely worth it in the end. The Higgason team they could to mitigate the disruption associated with remodeling half of our home.
The final outcome exceeded our expectations. We transformed our mid-80s golden oak kitchen into a modern, functional space that has quickly become the heart of our home - a place where we love gathering with family and friends.

We worked with Dmitry and the Emerald City Construction team to renovate two major spaces in our 1920s Seattle craftsman: an outdated kitchen (much needed, as you can see from the before photo) and a basement build-out (including a new bathroom, laundry, and living space). Everyone was collaborative from start to finish, and with updating the house on our minds again, we wanted to recap our experience for anyone else considering their own home renovations now!
Dmitry kept us updated through every stage of the process, from initial scoping and mid-project adjustments to the final walkthroughs. Even before work began, he helped us think through how to phase our projects based on what we needed in the moment vs. what we might want in the future. After the work wrapped, he stayed in touch for warranty touch-ups and even helped us spitball ideas for potential next updates.
Eric was our main on-site contractor and always made time to talk through decisions, no matter how many questions we had (and we had a lot — sorry, Eric!), whether it was about framing timelines or something as specific as outlet placements. On the design side, Alena guided us through everything from the big-picture layout to aesthetic details like mixed-metal hardware and lighting. She was always flexible when we wanted to explore options and gave us thoughtful recommendations and visual references that helped us feel sure and happy about our final choices.
We also appreciated the extended crew and ECC partners who helped bring everything together. A big shoutout to Timothy from European Custom Cabinets in Arlington for the beautiful cabinetry in both our kitchen and laundry, Nikita from the site crew for all the demo and prep work, and everyone else who had a hand in making our space feel like home. I'm so glad I contacted the Davey tree expert company. They were prompt in coming out to assess what needed to be done, an appointment was set up right away, and they finished the job within 3 hours this morning. A crew of three guys removed a dead wild cherry and a dead hemlock, pruned a huge big leaf maple, and girdled that tree to prevent the ivy from damaging it. They were careful in the cleanup. Benjamin, the lead, was friendly and professional. They did a great job!
We have been using Ann and her crews for several years and are very happy!! Five trees came down in a storm, and two more had to come down for safety, and Ann’s crew came in, six guys worked like beavers for a few hours, and my yard is (kind of) back to normal! They tipped up all the stumps they could, chipped all limbs, cut all the wood into rounds I can use for firewood, piled the chips where I could use them, and blew off the driveway on their way out. They are fast, honest, and very reasonably priced.

Oh no!!! Had to get a root canal done. NW Family Dental made it super easy and the procedure was finished in no time. Dr. Buse and her team did an excellent job with no discomfort for me at all. She was very attentive checking in if I was experiencing any discomfort during the procedure. If you need anything from a cleaning to root canals or beyond, I certainly recommend them.

I had an excellent and amazing experience with them. All the staff were very kind and caring. The doctor patiently explained all the treatment methods to me and tried to do what was cost-effective for me. I had three crowns made and visited them multiple times for other issues. I’ve been seeing Dr. Zach for my neck issues, and I’ve noticed a big difference after few sessions.
My neck feels much more comfortable now, my forward head posture has improved, and I don’t get headaches nearly as often as I used to. Zach is always patient, professional, and great at explaining what we’re working on and why. I’m really grateful for all his help and would definitely recommend him!
De. Ben is the best chiropractor I've had in years! He listens, asks relevant questions, and assesses before he adjusts, when and if an adjustment is called for. He's interested and excited about how things work out too. The office is a bit far from my home, but his treatment, professionalism and gentle manner have kept me loyal.
I had a great chance to visit Dr. Nelson's office while I traveled to Seattle. The front desk person, Eva is pretty informative, warm, and helpful. Dr. Nelson is also very gentle and caring about his patience. My ankle was sprained and in pain for about 1.5 months. I have been seeing Dr. Will since before Covid. Drop tables and X-rays before treatment were new to me when seeing a chiropractor, but I am a convert. He is always willing to take the extra time to help resolve emergent issues when you need it. His staff is always friendly and upfront about any changes in pricing. Given how crappy insurance is now a days, they also offer their own monthly subscription plans for chiro and massage services.

I joined Discover Yoga during my first trimester after my doctor recommended prenatal yoga, and I'm so glad I did. I've been attending Kristen Stevens's weekly class every Saturday morning at 11 AM (they also offer a virtual option, which is great for flexibility).
Kristen structures her classes really well, focusing on mobility and core strength, which has made a huge difference for me. She takes the time to explain the benefits of each asana in detail, and she always brings such a positive, calming energy to the room.
Initially, I struggled to find my balance, but after sticking with it week after week, I've gradually built up endurance and strength. More than anything, this class has given me confidence in my body and in my ability to get through this pregnancy.

Mid 40's and more fit than I've been in my life -- strength, body tone, and flexibility -- thanks to Knotty Yoga. I have great results attending only 2 or 3 hour-long classes each week, and have gained new physical skills that I never thought I could, e.g. rope climbing, acro, stretching, fabric, etc. Mason's a great instructor, thoroughly trained in fitness and massage, adapts classes and guidance to everyone's individual capabilities, and makes them fun and social. Classes are fast paced, varied, and strenuous, but not intensely tough or competitive. You'll get to know other regular attendees (aged 20s thru 50s), and have fun encouraging each other as you swiftly improve.
Aham yoga is definitely the best place I have practiced yoga in. All the instructors are very friendly and give you personal attention to your needs. I have personally taken most classes with Aru and she is excellent. Also I love the community here!
Aham might be one of the very few places in WA that focus on mind + body yoga, whereas I have seen other places where yoga is treated like a workout. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get into yoga practice.

I love Dreamclinic! I have had a membership for a long time, and have been to the Roosevelt location as well. I have seen Kindra who I think is a phenomenal therapist the most, but almost every other person I have been paired with has been wonderful. I would say for consistency and quality of care, customer service and the location across the board they are the very best of the membership massage companies and phenomenal for the cost overall. Highly recommend it! The front desk staff is also great, easy to work with and incredibly kind.

This was my first time to Happy Angel and I was very impressed with the overall experience, I noticed the room was very clean and tidy as well as the masseuse was very attentive, very nice lady, great service and will definitely return.

Like several others here and much of her clientele, I have Ehlers Danlos and am a hot mess of complications from subluxations, dislocations, degenerative disc disease, and every other fun thing that comes with a body that won't hold itself together. Desiree is my 6th PT and the first to truly understand my body and my needs. She works miracles. And she does it gently, with supreme knowledge and professionalism and kindness. I am so glad I finally found her.

My first impression with him was that he immediately knew what was going on with me and he was very accurate.
