- Very responsive via emails, easy to add or remove items up until a week before and pay deposit online (with auto pay for final total)
- Standard waiver fee (optional, recommended) covers items that are broken during normal use (the 2 glasses we broke were covered by this)
- Their showroom isn't huge, but pretty and shows off all their offerings and is worth a visit since a lot of their designs look classier in person. Helpful employees too, they can setup your order in person if you have the time.
- Everything was well packed, they helped move it into our cars (takes a lot of space at these amounts) and the plates were additionally plastic wrapped
- We were unpleasantly surprised that the 74 old fashioned glasses we ordered (for self serve non-alcoholic drinks) came in two different shapes/designs, one non-tapered so it couldn't stack which was the main design feature we were looking for. Apparently this was not a mistake and that's the sets they have, so if you're expecting identical glasses, make sure to clarify first.
- Items don't have to be spotless/degreased before return, but clean of food and we also wiped away sauce just to be safe. This can take a few hours.
- For weekend rentals, pickup is anytime on Friday and return is anytime on Monday during open hours, and is a quick process, no wait
People were kind and helpful, prices reasonable and available online, would recommend! Although, if we didn't have family helping us transport items, definitely would've done deliver instead (everything took a lot of space).

Today i had Andrya fix my hair after Rhonda didn't do the color right. Andrya sat with me to discuss what we could do i showed her the pic i wanted and she not only fixed it but made it look perfect. 3 weeks ago I was super depressed from what Rhonda did, Andrya invited me in free of charge to get what I asked for. The first time I was out in less then a hr this time I was there almost 3hrs. I love my hair now and in return love my cut it's still short in the back but I don't want to put it up now cause I love it. I’ve visited a few nail salons in the area, and I think I finally found a gem!
I have been here three times, and left very happy with the result every time. Kim did a lovely job on my first ever gel-x set. She took lots of time prepping my nails and making sure everything was even and straight. She made sure to check in with me multiple times to ensure I was happy with the length and shape. She even swatched three different polishes on my nails so I could choose which one I liked best. She offered to fix it for free if I had any chipping or lifting in the first few days.
I went back two weeks later for a fill, and I had done some pretty gnarly damage to my set while gardening. Kim was able to fix all of my lifting and remove my overgrown cuticles without cutting off too much and injuring me. She used multiple file tips to make sure everything was smooth and even before applying more gel polish. I chose a cat eye polish, and she took care to redo the design multiple times to make sure it was perfect (without me asking!).
The pricing is very fair for the area - I paid $65 for a gel-x set, + $15 for the cat eye.
I have been to multiple nail salons in the area, and this is the first one I’ve felt they truly take pride in what they do and care about the customer’s experience. I’ll definitely be returning!

I wasn't quite sure what to expect or if it would be worth it, but oh boy it was! My lashes came out so well. I've been blessed with nice eyelashes, but never had curl nor have I ever been motivated enough to use an eyelash curler. They look so great now and I feel like they look like I'm wearing fake eyelashes! I've put mascara on and can't even put as much on anymore or they look too long (like touch my eyebrow long!). Excited to find her and this service. Will definitely be back (she recommends 6-8 weeks between).

I was suffering from sciatica and lower back pain. Dr Schreyer was very thorough with the x-rays and examinations and was able to pinpoint exactly what was the cause of my pain. From the first visit, I immediately felt some relief. Through all the sessions I was able to be back to 100%. Would recommend to everyone needing a chiropractor!

BCW is a compelling mix of chiropractic practice and physical therapy. I was skeptical at first, and came in with tempered expectations. The selling point for me was the xrays, analysis, and comprehensive treatment strategy to target my specific issues. Many chiropractors just have a quick chat with you, and get right to cracking - literally. BCW combines the chiropractic approach with helpful stretches and exercises that I can already tell will help alleviate my spine & neck issues as well as improve my posture.

After a bad experience with previous vet, I decided to give Twin Pines Animal hospital a try. My kitty is extra spicy. The vet and staff were so patient and considerate of her stressed state. We have had an amazing experience with the front desk staff, Misty (epic!) and the doctors. Our boy has been well cared for and he has an extra step in his walk, even acts a bit cheeky since they improved his health. We thought we were stellar fur parents and the staff here made simple recommendations that improved his well-being. They are careful to consider your pocket book and make everything simple! Misty is amazing! Dr. McKee is great with the animals, has a calm, kind demeanor and will take time to laugh with you. I appreciate her. Dr. Vaugh is more serious and I like her also because she explains everything, is careful of cost and is detailed. Depending on your style, there is someone here that will make you feel your fur child is well cared for. I LOVE that the front desk brings their fur kids to work. The place is small and they keep it organized and they love the animals - there is zero doubt they care 100%. They go the extra mile for your pet.

Drove out here hoping to save our snake but she died on the way there. They were very compassionate and handled her cremation and gave us a clay print of her body. I live clear up in Smokey Point but it was worth it for how compassionate they were.
We have been going to Banfield for 10 years! In that time we've had 3 cats. 1 passed and 2 are with us. The kitten plan is amazing savings. Our kitten got everything from shots to her being fixed, covered with the plan. We have 2 cats that are both on the plan. It has saved us sooooo much money. I don't work there. I'm not being paid. But the plans they provide are great!
I am so impressed with Lush Pups. The booking process was easy, and our groomer, Alyssa, was prompt and communicative. Our dog was a more matted than I thought, and Alyssa was very gentle and our dog still looks great. There were no skin nicks or issues whatsoever. He was a very happy boy afterwards!
This was my pup's first stay at a boarding and I could not have asked for a better place. The team is super fun and polite and answered all my questions at all times. The live video of 3 rooms is a huge plus, and I enjoyed looking at my pup whenever she was spending time in any of those rooms.

Lauren at Capstone PT Bothell location is amazing. I went to her with a badly herniated lower spinal disc, and although I eventually had to have a surgery for it, she helped me immensely gain back mobility and strength before the procedure, so that after the procedure we could focus on strengthening and flexibility. I’ve been seeing Lauren for about 7 months now and the progress I see in myself is spectacular. She always pays attention even when I’m doing my own exercises to make sure my form is right. The progressions in exercises has been steady and challenging. She’s also a delightful personality and hilarious to talk to! Highly recommend going to see Lauren!!! She’s my girl! I always walk out happy. I owe my recovery to her!

Our daughter had several drive lessons and the drive test with Xcelerate driving. Her instructor, Mark, was a great instructor. He instruction supplemented what she already learned with practice with us. He was especially helpful in giving her tips on parking strategies (especially parallel parking). He was also helpful in teaching her to be more aware of other drivers and being prepared for possible unpredictable moves from other drivers. Overall, her experience was a great one in driving instruction. She also took her drive test with Xcelerate. I would recommend signing up for the practice test/drive test combo as well. My daughter took the test with the school car. The practice test gave her time to adjust to the school car, get some helpful reminders, and ease her anxiety about the actual drive test.
It was an amazing experience to be the Ken & Micah's student. Also the other staff are very helpful. I highly recommend this great place to get your licence.
