Thorough and thoughtful process. Very professional and collaborative group of folks. We are quite pleased with our full first floor remodel including a full kitchen redesign down to the studs. Emerald City helped us end-to-end from CAD designs, vendor/material selection, build out, interior finishes, etc. Our project was originally scoped for 10 weeks, but due to a few supply chain delays it wrapped in 14 weeks. The budget for the entire remodel was set from the beginning so we knew all of the costs from the outset. There was only one change to the budget which added unforeseen costs to the project. I partnered with Emerald City Construction to take on a full home remodel & addition. Down to the studs, essentially a new home while keeping the foundation and most existing framing.In my case, I had a distinct design and vision made up going into this, so I had worked with an architect and structural engineer ahead of time to expedite the process. ECC provides these services for all clients needing assistance with that portion.Among the bids I had received for GCs, ECC was not the lowest, but I'll never regret going with them.
