About Lake Washington Physical Therapy
Lake Washington Physical Therapy in Redmond, which opened in April 2021, offers a range of physical therapy services and rehabilitation, including post-operative, preventative, running mechanics, return to sport, CrossFit rehab, women’s health, post surgical, and regenerative medicine protocols. The care provided by the therapists is exceptional. Patients may work with Elizabeth, Liam, Kevin, or Cole, all of whom are attentive and guiding during exercises to ensure they are done correctly and with good form. Despite the challenges of therapy sessions, which can lead to sweating and soreness, the therapists enhance the experience by creating a friendly and fun atmosphere. They also provide advice for safe activities outside of therapy sessions to aid in recovery. The front desk staff is kind, professional, and accommodating to difficult schedules. The location is convenient, allowing for flexible planning for visits. Dr. I-Ching (Jessica) Hsieh comes highly recommended by a patient who had therapy from three other therapists over 17 years. Though petite, Dr. Hsieh has strong manipulations and works hard during stretches and exercises, coupled with a great personality. Kevin is knowledgeable about anatomy, pain management, and enhancing stability in daily life movements, showing genuine care for his patients. Cole has also received praise for his outstanding support, helping patients strengthen their bodies and overcome pain. In summary, Lake Washington Physical Therapy in Redmond provides exceptional care through their attentive and knowledgeable therapists, fosters a fun and friendly atmosphere, and offers convenient location and scheduling options. Both Dr. I-Ching (Jessica) Hsieh and Cole are highly recommended by their patients.
My stoopid healthy life style led to a torn meniscus (overuse) injury. Thanks to Cole and Lake Washington PT I am able to get back to my normal pain free life.
Cole was great, he listened to my feedback and really took the time to make sure I was able to complete the work to help my recovery.
Late to review, but I wanted to make sure people find this helpful. I was here for PT after a skiing injury where I tore my ACL. My PT lasted close to 10 months, 1 month of pre-surgery PT and 9 months of post-surgery PT. I worked mainly with Kyle and he was a pleasure to work with. Knowledgeable, encouraging, lively, patient, and a great person to chat with. I've interacted with other PTs as well and they are equally warm and helpful. All of them try to keep the atmosphere upbeat and fun with good music, chill conversations, and interesting surveys. I used to look forward to these sessions because they made exercises feel like fun. Great experience overall. Thanks again,...read full review
I’ve been seeing Liam Main since February, about two months after undergoing a complex hip replacement with leg lengthening due to hip dysplasia, and I feel incredibly lucky to be working with him.
Liam is highly knowledgeable and truly passionate about what he does. He listens attentively, takes the time to fully understand my condition, and builds thoughtful, personalized plans. He has such a calm, reassuring presence and a very friendly bedside manner, which has made a huge difference during a challenging recovery.
Because of my surgery and leg lengthening, my gait was completely off, but Liam has been instrumental in helping me gradually improve...read full review
