Paymen came out late Saturday night to fix a leaking toilet. He was professional, thorough, and kind. He explained everything as he worked and made sure that the job area was cleaner than when he arrived.
Matthew Thew followed up on Sunday morning with an inspection of the floor for any hidden moisture. He was careful to explain everything that would need to be done to mitigate any water damage. He was personable without being unprofessional and truly seemed to enjoy the job and the people.
