We have been taking our dog to Redmond Kirkland Animal Hospital ever since we got her 10 years ago. They are always fantastic to work with but today went above and beyond. I had called in this morning to see if there were any appointments open because our dog seemed to be injured. They didn’t have any for today so we scheduled one for Sunday morning. About an hour later I got a call back saying that they had an unexpected opening in an hour and would we like to take it - yes please! I was so impressed that they thought to reach back out and offer us that appointment knowing that our dog was hurting. Fabulous experience. Welcoming and helpful team, and our vet loves GSDs. That was so obvious because they were totally calm and warmed right up to her! I could not have made a better choice for my dogs.
