“Thanks Boris, you worked hard and you rescued us!Our kitchen ceiling had a leak, a big leak. Leaks are always hard to diagnose so we were already concerned, but we needed someone to help us fast. Luckily for us, Boris' team was working on a house just nearby and I called him.1. He got back to me right away. He came over and took a look and came up with some quick ideas for stabilizing the situation.2. Even though he was busy at our neighbor's house, he did everything he could to jump over and repair our leak (it ended up being rotten siding above a soffit).3. He kept me up to date with time lines, he quoted me accurate estimates, if I called him...he called me back (that doesn't happen with a lot of contractors does it).4. “Super friendly staff with excellent variety of all sorts of tiles, flooring, counter top and other hardware. We are in the process of renovating our bathrooms and have been visiting CFM for tiles. We love the ability to check out samples. Everyone is really welcoming but huge shout out to Tony. Tony is beyond amazing and one big part of why I prefer CFM over other stores is due to Tony. “Miguel and crew replaced the floor in part of our home before we moved in. He was prompt in terms of getting us an estimate for the work to be done, and flexible in terms of when his team were able to come in and complete the work, given we had other contractors with planned committments. His team was professional, thorough and timely, in the work that was complete. We've been living with the new floors/baseboards for a week now and are very satisfied with the result.“
