Aham yoga is definitely the best place I have practiced yoga in. All the instructors are very friendly and give you personal attention to your needs. I have personally taken most classes with Aru and she is excellent. Also I love the community here!

Aham might be one of the very few places in WA that focus on mind + body yoga, whereas I have seen other places where yoga is treated like a workout. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get into yoga practice.

I’ve been attending Aham Yoga for the past three years, and what began as a trial has become an essential part of my life. Walking into Aham Yoga brings a sense of peace, leaving behind the day’s chaos. The positive energy of Aru and all the teachers only grows stronger each day. Every Asana guidance feels truly caring, and I’ve personally experienced better flexibility, improved breathing, and a stronger spine. As someone great once said “you are as young as your spine is” :)

Grateful to be part of the wonderful Aham Yoga family!!

Classes are always different and challenging and include non-asana aspects of yoga (like breathwork) too. I always feel like I'm learning. I appreciate her touch of humor in class as well.

It's a clean, calm, and welcoming studio with a friendly...read full review
