He wore gloves and a mask before he got to my door. Covid-safe is always a plus. Once in, navigated straight to the problem. I had a leak, the smallest pin hole leak behind my water heater. All the work was clean, he didn't set a tool on my floor or counter- as he came in with drop cloths. He didn't seem to mind my kids as during these times a person in our home is huge.
