B&G Property Maintenance and Electrical Contracting is a trusted local business that offers electrical contracting and commercial site maintenance services. They provide excellent work at an affordable price, with free estimates on all projects and a strong focus on creating a safe and healthy workplace environment. The team is known for their expertise and willingness to go above and beyond, such as installing a plug for a medically fragile infant during a storm. Customers appreciate their quick response, honest opinions, and dedication to their clients’ needs. They have successfully added a sub panel in a garage, ran new outlets upstairs, and installed a 240 outlet for an Armature Radio rig, often managing difficult work through attics to hide wiring better than other companies. While some customers mention paying for additional services after the initial work, overall, B&G is considered reliable and trustworthy for electrical and maintenance services. Their long-standing experience and consistent quality make them a popular choice for residential and commercial projects alike.
My communication with B&G office for setting up the corrective actions for condo electricals was very professional. The B&G electrician showed up on time and was very professional during his entire stay. He made the necessary connections, including a few items that I added. When he departed you would have never known he was here in spite of the numerous activities that he conducted. Was very impressed and happy with the electrician's performance.
Jose replaced outlets and fire exit signs, and upon testing his work, discovered a short. He fixed it immediately. Later, a different breaker tripped, and over the next several days, Jose and a colleague visited several times to trouble-shoot the problem and established several experiments to test various aspects of the breaker issue. They were diligent in responding, dedicated to finding the issue, and prompt in fixing it once it was finally identified. I was pleased with their dedication and commitment, and we have had no issues with that electrical breaker since.
Garrett has done a couple of jobs for us. He’s reliable and we have confidence that the job is done right. He has great ideas, and then neatly runs the electrical lines and circuit box connections for a very professional finish. We also appreciate that he has good values and is honest, trustworthy.
