I have really enjoyed getting my lashes done at The Lash Lounge in Redmond. As soon as I enter the customer service at the front desk is wonderful. And the stylists are so professional and kind. My results are natural and full.

I got an eye brows shaping and threading service, and am bit confused about my experience. The staff were good, very kind and nice. Place was nicely kept too. I don’t have very dark or thick brows, and I got just the basic clean up of hair around the brow and no shaping. When I asked for more shaping they asked me if I want it removed from top or bottom or which part. I mean if I knew the best way to shape my eye brows why would I need a stylist. they were ready to do as I asked but I did not prescribe because I don’t know how to shape a brow and what if I mess up my own brow 😳. so yeah good place and staff but I am left bit confused about my service.

It is my second time at The Lash Lounge, I am so pleased with how it turned out. It was a very well done job. I got a Classic Lashes, It turned out amazing. And the professional who worked on me was very skilled and pleasant and made my experience enjoyable.
