I have been visiting Zach, my chronic slouch, and tight traps, and it has been one of the best healthcare experiences I've had. I feel welcomed and at ease during the check-in process and the treatment. Zach is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to understand my specific needs. What impressed me the most was how he explained the treatment plan in a way that was easy to understand, without any medical jargon, using a life size dummy spinal column. Zach used a combination of techniques that not only alleviated my pain but also improved my overall posture. Dr. Zach fixed my lower back and recommended the appropriate exercises for me, in order to strengthen my muscles and avoid these issues in the future. I am not a talker, but I felt very comfortable chatting with him.Now I know why all the reviews are 5 stars.After his advice, I hope I don’t need to see him again in a medical situation :) , but if I need to, I will book a session without any hesitation.Thank you Dr. Zach

I had persistent, obnoxious upper back and neck pain for over a year before my wife made me go visit Zach. I wish I’d gone sooner! He took the time to listen and evaluate the problem, then made some adjustments and sent me home with some targeted exercises. The exercises have been way more effective than anything I’d previously found online, and I visit Zach every 2 weeks for a quick adjustment and the pain is essentially gone. Can’t recommend him highly enough.
