“Neal is a master physical therapist. He does things that others say can't be done. I have had spinal and foot issues since early childhood. I saw a number of PT's and several chiropractors, a couple of deep tissue massage therapist, a podiatrist, and a Rolfer. Most helped a little for a short time. My posture, my foot strike, and even the shape of my feet have changed in a good way thanks to Neal's treatments and his suggested stretches. This guy is really good.“

“I would highly recommend the whole group at Redmond Physical Therapy. I have worked with Shawn, Oliver and Cole this past year for chronic hip and back pain. Through thorough diagnosis and treatment planning, lots of stretching,, tissue manipulation and exercises I have made progress and received lots of encouragement along the way. The whole team is so friendly and motivating. They are 100% committed to you and your progress. Really a great practice!“

“This is. Delayed review for how awesome Dr Ben Greenwade is!I lost my neck mobility due to Covid heavy coughing which impacted my daily desktop work and sleep, so I decided to give Chiropractor a try. What I liked was fixing my issue quickly and effectively and there is no pushy sales or trying to “make a long term recovery plan” kind of deal.I had three session with Ben, and he listened to my concern each time and explained what a chiropractor does and then fixed my neck like magic. And he also taught me some neck movements that benefits myself day to day too.I am the type of person to avoid seeing doctors till the last minute. So right after I felt I was 90% recovered, I told him he won’t see me for a long time and he said he is the same but not his dental work.So If you go to see Ben, not only amazed by his skills but also making sure you check out his awesome smiles!“

“Denise Hayes was my physical therapist, and during my visits she worked with an intern, Daniel and physical therapy aide Torben. They are all exceptional, kind and extremely knowledgable. Denise is a very skilled physical therapist, she was able to tailor therapy, exercises and manipulation to my individual needs and condition. I made amazing progress in healing with her. Torben is also exceptional, he took the time to show me every new exercise and was always checking on my pain tolerance and ability to do the exercises. Daniel was very kind and knowledgable and would take over for Denise some days, he cares very much for patients as well. They are an exceptional team, and I recommend them 100%. That said, I've had experience with another PT clinic as well, and they all seem to have a disconnect with their administration. Reception seems to be about sales quotas and not patient care/customer service. RET is sadly no exception. They have remote check in on a computer which feels very impersonal, and the one person they have at the front desk is very brusque and not patient oriented at all. RET is a business, I understand, although there should be at least a 5 minute grace period for appointment times, without reminder calls when you're 3 minutes late and just turning in to the parking lot. Also, be aware there is a $50 cancellation fee that they do NOT tell you about in advance if your plans suddenly change and you're not able to give them 24 hours notice. Sadly in today's world, it seems that true patient care is about taking the good with the bad. Again, Denise Hayes is an exceptional physical therapist, the absolute best! - but to see her you have to go through the sales quota admin staff, be warned.“
