Five stars for Contract Furnishings Mart (CFM) and our amazing salesperson, Loraine! Her design expertise and knowledge really shone through when we were totally stuck on choosing the right replacement for our 30-year-old fireplace tile. When our original contractor suddenly pulled out last minute, leaving us with all our materials, I reached out to Loraine for help. She quickly gave me four referrals, and one of them (Seattle Style Remodel) came through big time to save our project and do an incredible job. I recently had the pleasure of working with Loraine on a new listing project in Carnation on a quick timeline and budget to appeal to more buyers in this tougher market! Her knowledge and experience helped me carefully select the right tile, quartz countertop, underlayment sink, fixtures, mirror, and paint to upgrade our second-floor bathroom.
