Super friendly staff with excellent variety of all sorts of tiles, flooring, counter top and other hardware. We are in the process of renovating our bathrooms and have been visiting CFM for tiles. We love the ability to check out samples. Everyone is really welcoming but huge shout out to Tony. Tony is beyond amazing and one big part of why I prefer CFM over other stores is due to Tony. Good customer service goes a long way in building long term customer relations and Tony is great at it.

It was really a pleasure to meet Heather, She is such a Wonderful human being that very cheerful,very professional at the same time very friendly, very helpful and very patient and polite with a great energy and positive attitude over the phone and in person very impressive the way she is handling customer is top notch either over the phone or in person, CFM is lucky to have her as an amazing employee that cares to assist her customers with a big joy and smile without hesitant, at anytime I inquiry some information about any products, she always get back to me pretty quick, and I'm grateful for her effort to do so. we need more people like Heather to make customer experience...read full review
