I've been going to Lana for since march and I can honestly say I won't trust anyone else with my hair. I got my hair cut by Sonia over two weeks ago and I have been getting compliments every day since. She was not afraid to cut off all my curly locks (past my bra strap) and give me the modernized french crop I asked for. It was a bold move but I was pleased she had the skills to tackle it! I had never worked with her before but didn’t flinch because I could tell she knew exactly what she was doing. I am very happy with my hair and was pleased with the reasonable cost considering the services I received. Sonia was friendly, professional, and very honest about her strengths and weaknesses as a stylist. She was very receptive when I asked her to make adjustments to the haircut towards the end and made sure it was exactly what I wanted. I am so glad she took me on as a new client and look forward to returning!

Not only are there great deals and tons of varieties of rocks and crystals but the staff and owner are welcoming and helpful. I have a 40+ year old tattoo, and was quite cautious and hesitant to see what could be done for it. Yuli was simply amazing! She took a 40 year old tattoo and made it look as good as it did in 1984. While this may seem an unusual request, there are lots of people out there with old tattoos. Yuli and the folks at Kelly's can help! I am simply amazed, and my coworkers have a hard time believing that it is truly a 40-year-old tat and not something completely new. Thank you, Yuli. I can not say enough about her, her work, and the folks she works with. You can not go wrong here!
UPDATE: Just had all the restoration (NOT a cover-up) work completed, and the results have far, far exceeded my expectations! Not only was the original master tattooist's original work/intent maintained, but Yuli was able to enhance the previous work by adding both colors and details that were not even possible 40 years ago. I can do nothing but praise Yuli and the other fine artists at Kelly's Tattoo Studio. Not only is she an outstanding artist/tattooist, she is also professional, polite, knowledgeable, and just great fun to talk with! Excellent and thorough work by the duo, Ismael and Seth, who came out today. They were incredibly respectful and explained everything they were (and weren't) seeing, they spent time diagnosing the problem from multiple angles before coming to a conclusion, they took steps to ensure their work wouldn't dirty my home, and they were overall very considerate. They even made note not to leave the doors open so my cats wouldn't get out. Overall, I felt like a valued customer, not a number to get through.

Plumbing is not my or my husband's forte. Fortunately we found Mink Plumbing while in the throes of a leaking hot water heater nightmare. Not only are they quick and efficient at plumbing emergencies, they respond to simple everyday plumbing issues with the same vigor. I recently dropped my diamond cross necklace down my bathroom sink. Retrieving it was simple, just remove the P trap right? Simple. Putting it back together, not so much. Mink Plumbing responded to my call just as if I had that leaking hot water heater instead. Harrison (my new plumbing hero) came to my rescue. Not only did he rebuild the plumbing under my sinks, he also installed new faucets I had previously purchased and was dreading installing myself. Sounds like an easy enough job but as with every home project nothing goes smooth. Because of the age of the house and original plumbing, issues popped up. He conquered them all! I can use my sink again and my new shiny faucets are beautiful. Thanks, Harrison. And thank you Mink Plumbing for coming to our rescue again!

The only thing better than supporting a local family owned business is when they do amazing work. To be upfront, I do not live in Tyler anymore, but I have an investment property that had a leak over the weekend. I wanted to write this review from a landlord perspective because Rudd plumbing was responsive, helpful and took care of the issue - making things incredibly easy for me being out of town and my tenant who relayed to me how the tech was kind, quick and easy to work with. Highly recommend to anyone needing reliable and affordable service!

I thought this plumber was exceptional! He came to my house on a Saturday while we were having a plumbing emergency. He came toy house, diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem in lightening speed. I wasn’t aware of the wait time because I didn’t ask, but they were out here next day. The electricians were fast and friendly. As well as, they were upfront with me about my questions. Just look at it this way… For the repair, I paid $123.60 in total. Compare that to a potential outrageous cost if you tried doing it yourself and/or took shortcuts. I think they did a fantastic job and I would call again, if need be.

I've used Swan Electric multiple times, and they have been excellent each time. Most recently, they came out to my home to make repairs for power to be restored to my family's home after a bad storm and were able to do so very quickly during a time where tons of people in the area needed electrical work due to the storm. Highly recommended!
I have never used their services but today, as I was exiting the parking lot next to them, I found a stray dog. I wanted to make sure they had water and they kept running toward this place (it was after hours, no one was there) so I followed. I saw a water hose and bucket and thought I’d fill it for her. As I got closer I saw it was already filled and there was a bowl of food next to it. That’s how I know these are good folks. If I ever DO need electrical services, they will be first on my list.

This is the second time that we had water damage in our commercial office space in downtown Tyler. ProClean has been the only positive thing about that whole experience. The team goes above and beyond and is extremely responsive to showing up when it matters. They continuously check in on the project while their equipment is on site and are even willing to come in on Saturdays for some of the work needed to accommodate our business hours. I’m impressed. Had our 1st cleaning today. It’s a difficult situation. We just moved & hadn’t unpacked when I had an unexpected stay in the hospital. After coming home & a month of restricted movement the house had lost its shine. I could not keep the bathrooms, kitchen & floors clean. Renee with Granite Girls just completed my bathroom remodel in a 1945 home. They did a wonderful job!!! They took my tub area back to the studs and found my floor rotted under the tile. They were able to fix the floor at a reasonable price and kept the balance of the job on budget. Renee went with me to pick the tile and countertop where she found me a remnant of beautiful marble that I could afford. I wanted to not have so much glass around the shower and they worked with me to do the shower just like I wanted it. If I asked for something that might give me trouble in the future they were sure to let me know and they would always explain what the problem would be. Any minor issues that came up were handled and fixed by Renee. I highly recommend The Granite Girls!
Kinzler Insulation did a great job insulating our new home!!! We have 2300 square feet and our electric bill in over 100 degree weather is around $190. We don’t have any shade trees around our home either. They do the sprayed in insulation and make it like an igloo for your home. My attic is air conditioned since the insulation is sprayed to the top of the attic roof, which is like having a temperature controlled storage space. Their staff is friendly and work hard to do the best job for you. You can go wrong using Kinzler Insulation for your insulation needs!!!

**Full disclosure: I’ve never used them professionally. However, I had an experience with one of their workers that deserves recognition. Today I was stranded at the gas station. My car wouldn’t start. I was extremely stressed out. Then a Town and Country Pest Control truck pulls in beside me and immediately offers to help me. It took several minutes but he got my car started. He saved me a couple hundred dollars because I didn’t have to call a tow truck. Even though I have never used their service, I can tell you that if this is the kind of people they have working there then they are doing something right! I’m eternally grateful to you, sir!! If I ever need pest control services, I’m definitely calling you guys!! Thank you again kind stranger!!!

Shy, the owner showed up when he was supposed to and followed up before he got here. We are having a pest issue that is so frustrating. Although the pest is really hard to get rid of he was completely honest with me. We own a business and it was really great to feel like I was being treated like we treat our customers. He didn't push to sell us anything. He just laid out what options there were, what the costs would be and what he thought the bang for the buck we would get. Honestly the treatments would not have yielded a good enough result so we didn't get service here, however I do need some work at our house so I am booking an appointment with him probably next week. This is the kind of person you want to do business with.
We had a MistAway system that another company installed about 5 years ago. Apparently they didnt know what they were doing because Mole Masters came out and pointed out a lot of issues that were causing our system to not be running at its best. After a few repairs the system actually works great now! Thank you so much for helping us out.
We use Lone Star for termite treatment on all of our new home builds and we have no complaints. They are very nice people who always help us out when we are in a bind. They do the job right the first time!

I am a current customer, and while they do a good job and the pests are gone, I feel their customer service could use some work. I paid my monthly fee but had to call them to schedule my mosquito service. I originally called because my husband said they never pulled out, but upon looking, they did, and he just didn't notice. They were paid for a week, and I never got a call. They are also routinely late for appointments, including the first one. After the first appointment, I was supposed to get a call in 2 weeks to check on an ant problem outside, but I never received it, and it was never brought up again. Good work, as I stated, but they need to improve their customer service.

The Lucid Terra team installed a french drain in my backyard and repaired a sinkhole. The work they did was super professional and very neat and tidy. They also solved the root issue by ensuring heavy rain drains to the sewer. Highly recommend this wonderful team!
Our home sits on a hilly corner lot in south Tyler. The hills, elevation and large trees have, over time, presented increasing drainage and soil erosion problems. Several folks in our community recommended Landvisions for the tough problems that our small yard presents. Our project was recently completed and Landvisions has exceeded our expectations. The company has presented innovative solutions to our problems and renovated our entire landscape, irrigation system, drainage system, etc. expertly and safely. Everyone we have worked with at Landvisions has been great: Drew (designer), Randy (project manager), Crew leads and Supervisors: Octavio, Jaime, Eugenio, Arturo, Mario, Armando and Omar. We are now working with Tony on a long-term maintenance agreement. Everyone has been a pleasure to work with. Very happy!

After a bad start due to miscommunication I submitted a 1 on a previous review. Immediately the owner contacted me and we resolved the issues. We then decided to move forward with retaining wall. Cameron stayed in contact during the construction. The workers worked hard and were polite and receptive to any small changes. The finished project looks fantastic and even the neighbors compliment us about it. This is a great company to work with.
Enviro Care takes care of our business property, and we could not be more pleased with their work. We have used them for the past six months, and our lawn looks great! Their team is reliable and goes above and beyond. Plus, their crew is pleasant when they're on the property. With so many lawn care options, it's hard to choose a dependable lawn service, but you will not be disappointed with the service and work from this company.
Great service! I was able to meet with Ruben to talk over my lawn care needs and get service stated. My yard and flower beds are looking so much better! Incredibly precise: Massive dead tree - threaded the crane between a cable line and an eave of my house and even ground the stump in between 3-4 sprinkler heads. Showed up exactly when they said they would. So kind, courteous and communicative. Highly recommend and will use again!!!

Cody and his crew did an exceptional job removing a dead tree and stump, along with trimming limbs from other trees that posed concern. There was a tree that my father had planted years ago that had a lot of sentimental value to me. However the tree had died and needed to be removed. Cody was exceptionally kind and sensitive about that and even offered suggestions of how and when to replant another tree in its place. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Cody and Atmire Urban Forestry again and highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.

We called him after the tornado that hit Coffee City. He responded immediately the next morning removed two trees that had blown over on our neighbors fence, cleaned up all of the mess in the yard. This was the second time we used him and his crew, have always been impressed With their work, they don’t tear up your landscaping while doing their work.

What an amazing experience! I came in for a consultation and was greeted by very friendly staff at the front desk and a beautiful waiting room with massage chairs and drinks and snacks. When I was called back I was greeted with a gift and a tour of the facilities. One thing they asked on the initial paperwork was what is important to me. I said communication and Dr. Coker was extremely patient with me, listened to my ten year journey with the problem I am having with my occlusion. He was very approachable and humble with his experience. He truly seemed dedicated to helping me understand and making sure this was the best fit for me without any unnecessary costs or treatments. I can tell he truly cares about his patients and their wellness. This was such a relief after the last experience I had with a dentist in GA. It was a sigh of relief to be in good hands with someone who has over 40 years experience in his field. He even went above and beyond to call my previous dentist in Dallas, and get a thorough understanding of my problem since it is complex and not that easy to treat. He is probably one of a handful of dentists in the country with the experience to understand and treat my specific condition. I feel so lucky to have found him and that I don’t even have to travel out of state for quality care. This office is GOLD! I can’t wait to come back again! The entire team was so welcoming and kind.

I came in for some extreme, deep hip pain, and was not sure the exact right route to take. I was skeptical at first because I have only had “regular acupuncture” in the past, but I decided to try the electro-stem acupuncture treatment out of curiosity. I was so shocked at the difference it made…it helped so much that I was shocked!! The residual pain I experienced afterwards, was literally a fraction of how it felt when the process began. I would highly recommend this treatment for those that are experiencing pain on a chronic basis.

Dr. Ashley listens, researches and executes. She adjusts the care as needed and recommends things you can do on your own to help you heal. Having massage therapists in-house is a big deal for me. I can have both therapies in one stop. They take insurance. The office staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. There are a few chiropractors and a few massage therapist, you can the one that fits your needs. They all make you feel like your old friends coming to visit.
I just saw Dr. Charles Dixon, Chiropractor/Acupuncturist in Tyler, Texas. I am more than pleased with the results. I chose acupuncture since I have had it before in Florida and recently had an issue that was causing me a lot of pain. Dr. Dixon is not only professional and understanding of what causes my pain, but also compassionate and takes his time with you. If you need someone for your chiropractor or acupuncture needs, do yourself a favor and contact his office for an appointment. You will be glad you did!

Dr. Twomey has been my cat’s vet for over 4 years (after two other vets pushed for me to put him down). Dr. Twomey had the compassion to believe in my fur baby and continue treating him, seeing that he has a good quality of life even though he is paralyzed from his rear legs. He never judged my decision and immediately took action to care for him 4 years ago…and still remembers him to this day. ? Dr. Twomey is incredibly kind, and I don’t see myself ever changing vets.
I needed to get teeth cleaned on a lab sized dog. It is expensive to do it as it requires the dog to be put to sleep. They make it much more affordable. Additionally, the Dr and the staff are amazingly friendly. He has saved a number of cats and dogs, some of which roam around the office. A great experience, and my dog's teeth are pearly white.

I took my cat to Dr. Embry earlier this week and WOW! Everyone was kind, knowledgeable, and professional!! I was afraid to try and find a new vet here for my cats since I’ve just moved to Tyler and wanted to make sure I picked out someone who understood cats well. I’m so glad I picked Dr. Embry because he not only helped me with my concerns, but also offered advice on bettering my own at home care for my cats! Not only did he provide me with advice, but he did not pressure me when it came to any testing or care on their end like most vets (in my experience) tend to do.
I will DEFINITELY be returning for both of my cats! 10/10 experience!
Took our Belle in to get looked at, they got me right in, the vet was very well manner, described the symptoms and he gave us an honest opinion and diagnosis.

We have been with this vet office for years and never had any issues. But recently, they were so supportive, compassionate, informative and helpful as we navigated an aggressive cancer diagnosis in our beloved Great Dane. Everyone was amazing, but a special shout out to Courtlyn, a vet tech there who was literally the most supportive and caring human I’ve ever met. Truly a gem of a vet office.

They have been doing a great job grooming my sweet Molly Girl for about 3 yrs now. They are accommodating with my work schedule & pick up times & do a thorough job.
They have always been so good to my dog Justice and after a traumatic experience at another groomer I’m glad to know that he’s right at home back with the Groom Room! He always looks gorgeous and not a hair out of place!!

Purple door is the very best! My Rusty absolutely loves going to see Natasha! He gets the best and most professional grooming. She takes her time and has excellent knowledge about the different breeds. She is extremely patient and calm and as a result, our dogs love going.
Shelly was so kind and great with my pups. Shasta would always react whenever I mentioned her name. The news is so sad, she was only 35 years old and cut back a bit on her hours because her son is in Little League and wanted to be a big part of the experience. She will be deeply missed❤

I was visiting from out of town and had the chance to take two classes at Pilates Collective Tyler, and I’m so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, everyone was so welcoming and friendly. The studio has such a warm, community feel, and it’s clear how much the instructors genuinely care about their clients. Even as a visitor, I felt right at home and supported. Cori was amazing and listened to areas of focus I needed worked on. They have a special if you return within 2-4 weeks you also receive a portion off your massage which was a nice surprise. Highly affordable and have quick scheduling. Highly recommend!
I’ve intermittently searched for five years to find “the” LMT that would do it for me. My previous LMT moved away five years ago - hence the search. The “it” Heather did for me was a completely peaceful and connected experience. Her room made me want to take a nap the moment I walked in. The vibe was exactly what I was after and ***she identified the root of a shoulder issue I’ve been dealing with that has kept me out of the gym for months - and worked it in a way that led to more relief than I’ve had in that entire time***. I scheduled a full body massage and a float. Both were my first experiences at Relax Lab and both were great! My massage therapist, Tabitha, did an incredible job. She asked all the right questions to get to know my history and preferences. Doing the float after the massage allowed my body to feel weightless and fully relaxed. I will definitely be back!

Her background across multiple disciplines shows in the work. There was never a lull in touch, shifting between long soft strides and deep targeted pressure wherever it was needed. Highly recommend!

My husband and I booked a couples massage, and it was one of the best massage experiences we've had. The atmosphere was relaxing, the facility was very clean, and the pricing was more than reasonable for the quality of service we received.
My massage therapist was incredibly kind and attentive. She took the time to find all of the sore spots, knots, and tight muscles that have built up from my physically demanding job and worked through them thoroughly.
The hot stone massage was very helpful in relaxing my shoulders, hips and middle back.
I process freight for a living, which means I'm constantly tearing apart plastic packaging, lifting, pulling, and using my hands, arms and shoulders all day long. Not to mention the constant standing on concrete and walking. Because of that, my hands are almost always sore, and I frequently deal with pain and tightness in the tendons of my arms as well as my hips and feet.
When she worked on my hands, wrists, and arms, it was like a breath of fresh air. The relief was immediate, and it felt amazing to have those overworked muscles finally get the attention they needed.
My left side is usually especially tight, and she was able to work out tension that has been bothering me for a long time. I could physically tell a difference in my color in that arm and the blood flow coming back was such an unusual but very welcome feeling.
We left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and with noticeably less tension throughout our bodies.
