Excellent service! We had water in the laundry room floor every time we used the washer, and our kitchen sink and bathtub were so slow to drain it was a nightmare. A previous plumber had me convinced our pipes were crumbling and the only solution was to bust through the foundation to fix them. I called McCoy’s for a second opinion. Matt came out, spent a couple of hours cleaning out what seemed like every pipe in the house (he even went up on the roof to go through the vent, which the previous plumber had said we don’t have), and, voilá, our pipes are back in business. Immediately after delivery of a new ******* faucet, I called ******* Plumbing in *****, **, and requested an installation the same day. Shortly after a call that let me know they were on their way, ********** from ******* arrived early afternoon. Because of corrosion of the old faucet handle threads they had to saw it off, but they did it with no damage to the granite countertop. The new 4-hole faucet system was installed perfectly, and it looks great! The ******* plumbers were polite and professional throughout the entire process. They tested the new faucet for hot/cold/pressure performance and for leaks. I could not expect more.
I haven’t left many reviews, but I was compelled to leave one for McCoy’s Plumbing. I called their answering service on Saturday afternoon due to a clogged drain that was backing up into our shower. They put Jason on the phone and I told him our problem, he said he would be over shortly to service the issue. He arrived in less than and hour, took his shoes off at the front door and began working. I truly feel like Jason went above and beyond, he not only fixed our issue quickly, in the process he fixed one our toilets that wasn’t running as it should, and he even cleaned the mess that backed into our shower.
