My wife and ai were fortunate to be able to deal with Chick Conklin today at Pratt Homes. Chuck is the manager at Pratt and doesn't routinely deal directly with clients, but they were busy today and was there to help us. Let me just say, their location is very impressive. They have a fantastic selection of TOP QUALITY modular homes. We were blown away by the quality and craftsmanship, the attention to detail, and the endless options available to you with a moduhome. Rebecca was informative, listened to us and thoughtfully picked out homes that fit our desires and our budget. Friendly and knowledgeable. Of course we are buying a home! We’ve been to 10 or so other places and their homes not only look better, they are built better! But for sure Rebecca was excellent.
