Rebecca was the sweetest and so informative at our visit. She took her time to show us around at all the homes that would fit our needs. She was able to answer all our questions and made our visit one of the best we have had in our pursuit to find a home. She never pressures you but makes sure you have all the information needed to make a good decision! Thank you Rebecca for just being you which is awesome.

My husband and I came and visited Pratt home yesterday June 8 ,2026 as walk in and Zach helped us find our forever home he listed to us on our wants and our must haves from us both you know like the open floor plan so I can see from the kitchen and over into the living room and don’t feel secluded in the kitchen as I cook oh and it’s a bigger kitchen than we have in our older home bigger bedroom bigger living room area we’re so excited to start this new project Thank you Zack for your help we so appreciate you also to put this in here I watched Chance Ward on YouTube and it brought me to looking and finding Pratt home in Texas Thanks again Zach for all your help...read full review

Zachary yowell was amazingly helpful and showed me a couple different price ranges and similar floor plans which was very nice I appreciate the help and I would definitely recommend him and Pratt homes
