“They came out the Friday before Christmas and cleaned up the mess made when a puoe busted in the ceiling and ruined our master bathroom. Water, sheet rock, insulation..... horrible mess. The guys who came out were so nice and thorough. They cleared put the mess, brought items to us that had been covered by the debris to see what we wanted to do with it, set up everything to start drying out the room and walked us through their process. They came back on Christmas Eve and changed out some of the fans for a heater, rearranged the others, and placed plastic over the gaping hole in the ceiling. They were back on Monday to see the progress. Everything was gone by Tuesday. The work crew was amazing. We hated ruining their Christmas, but we weren't the only ones they were helping, either. Since that time, I've also had the pleasure of talking with the office staff. This nightmare is covered by our homeowner's insurance, and I've never had to do anything like this before. I'm horrible with names, but.... the lady I have talked to each time has been so nice, understanding my ignorance of how this process works, and helpful in making sure I knew what I needed to do. I hope no one has to go through this type of experience, but if you do and need assistance with cleaning up a mess, this company will definitely make things right!!“
