“**Full disclosure: I’ve never used them professionally. However, I had an experience with one of their workers that deserves recognition. Today I was stranded at the gas station. My car wouldn’t start. I was extremely stressed out. Then a Town and Country Pest Control truck pulls in beside me and immediately offers to help me. It took several minutes but he got my car started. He saved me a couple hundred dollars because I didn’t have to call a tow truck. Even though I have never used their service, I can tell you that if this is the kind of people they have working there then they are doing something right! I’m eternally grateful to you, sir!! Since reporting on some communication/scheduling issues, I received a personal phone call from both the branch manager and the owner. They were extremely open to my feedback, addressed my issues directly, apologized for the communication mishap, and offered incredible customer service.

I took my review from a 2 star to 4 star. I appreciated the effort they took to restore my faith in the company. That means a lot, especially these days when it can be hard to get an actual person on the phone at any business.“

“Shy, the owner showed up when he was supposed to and followed up before he got here. We are having a pest issue that is so frustrating. Although the pest is really hard to get rid of he was completely honest with me. We own a business and it was really great to feel like I was being treated like we treat our customers. He didn't push to sell us anything. He just laid out what options there were, what the costs would be and what he thought the bang for the buck we would get. Honestly the treatments would not have yielded a good enough result so we didn't get service here, however I do need some work at our house so I am booking an appointment with him probably next week. This is the kind of person you want to do business with.“
