BNK Generator Services (Generator Specialties LLC)

We installed a Generac Home generator when we build our home. The first few years it ran flawlessly. After the warranty ran out I discovered how hard it was to get service and I found BNK. The owner, Paul, came out and after discussing the continual problems we were encountering we decided to replace the system rather than throw good money on top of bad money. BNK services Generac but we decided to go with a Cummins Generator for our home. The machine was more competitive; quieter, and has a 10 year bumper to bumper warranty. BNK was upfront about the pros and cons of the two different lines and since the installation it has been flawless. We highly recommend BNK Services if you live in East Texas.

Paul is very professional, reasonable, and a pleasure to deal with. He does what he says, a gentleman with integrity that treats his customers with respect.
As always, things come up in life and business and my generator maintenance took a back seat to someone who had no power or whose generator quit working. Paul was upfront about any delay. I appreciate a company that takes care of a customer’s emergency first.
His service guy was friendly, yet professional. His work was very thorough, and he explained each step. There are some service techs I would not have back working on my equipment, but Paul’s service tech was top notch.

Great work and the owner was super friendly!
