I love this place. Vet staff are so good and I would honestly recommend this place to anyone (and I do). It really feels like the vet’s and nurses (assistants?) really care about you and your pets and I have never felt so welcomed when it comes to them. I had to go to another vet in Tyler for a farm animal (they were the only place that treated chickens) and the difference is night and day. Shelly drive animal clinic is really great and really stands out with how compassionate and friendly they are.The only downside is the receptionists. This would be a 5 star if not for them. I could not be happier with the quality of service. I brought a stray in that had a fish hook in her mouth and the receptionists, vet techs, and doctor were all such a huge help. They were able to take care of the dog in a very quick and gentle way and it was the best experience I've ever had at a vet's office. Just wonderful.

Just got back from a quick visit for Gilbert & Greta at Shelly Drive Animal Clinic. I didn’t get the two ladies names that helped us but I wanted to thank them for their outstanding help and service! Friendly, prompt and knowledgeable.As always top rate!Thanks again,Bill Mitchell
