They had to put back together the pipe from the water heater using screws and tape. They checked the outside vent on the roof and went into the attic to make sure all the carbon dioxide was going outside. They also replaced the flusher in tne tank and tighten the tank.

Before I called WATSON PLUMBING I had another local plumbing business try to resolve my plumbing issues and that was a mistake as that company was more concerned about charging for service than fixing the issue. WATSON PLUMBING not only went above and beyond in their service but they have really good folks working for them, Dillon , Jose and another individual who’s name I didn’t remember to get were professional, detail oriented and dedicated to providing a far superior service than other companies I have had work on my plumbing issues. There were issues that arised but Randy took the high road regardless of the questionable fault and made it right. Things happen when labor is involved but the end result was the job was done right.
