Shy, the owner showed up when he was supposed to and followed up before he got here. We are having a pest issue that is so frustrating. Although the pest is really hard to get rid of he was completely honest with me. We own a business and it was really great to feel like I was being treated like we treat our customers. He didn't push to sell us anything. He just laid out what options there were, what the costs would be and what he thought the bang for the buck we would get.
