“I went in for a pedicure because they are one of the only salons that are open on Sunday. The chairs are amazing. The staff is nice; not overly friendly at first, but if you speak to them, they will have a conversation with you. The offer water, wine, or mimosas while you're receiving your service. I like how many options they have for pedicures. If you are in a hurry and just want a quick pedi so that your feet look good, they have a basic pedicure for less than $30 which is unheard of in Tyler, but they also offer spa pedicures like I received that last an hour and range anywhere from $45-$60. My massage was good and she used hot stones. She also spent a long time cleaning around and shaping my toenails, scrubbing my feet and removing calluses.“

“It really bothers me when people leave a bad review but have NEVER stepped foot into the facility. Just because someone was rude to you over the phone doesn't mean his salon should get one star. This is his livelihood lady! Alway, Coby is awesome at what he does. He doesn't take new clients very often because EVERYONE loves him and never leaves. His clients are loyal because he does any excellent job. That should say something. If you're lucky enough to get in to see him. Don't ever leave!!!“

“Identity Med Spa is the absolute best! Monica is an amazing esthetician as well as doing injections. She gave me a beautiful set of eyebrows with her amazing micro blading skills. My eyebrows look very natural! She is a perfectionist in her work. I’ve seen her lip blushing work which was beautiful and also very natural looking. I highly recommend Monica! I’m so happy my sister and her friends recommended her to me when we moved to Tyler!“

(nails) all that stress clinging tight to me has released and I feel well grounded and cared for. Everyone I encountered here (including the lady at the front desk and cleaning) is friendly & caring, creating a welcoming space. I love the peaceful grounding vibes throughout the place from the different treatment rooms, cozy quiet space (waiting area), aromas, coffee and tea bar and serene music playing. I like how a robe and slippers are provided to relax in. It definitely has a very fancy vibe which I wasn't sure about at first, but the whole experience has been good! Everyone is excellent at what they do. I highly recommend and will be saving up to come back again. Im honored to have them be the ones who were the first in allowing me experience these things.“
