Had these guys come out to replace a wire on our water heater. We had been quoted $700 (our heater brand new is $600) from another company to repair this simple wire, these guys were much more fair. They actually helped my husband restore hot water over the phone while we waited for the part to come in for them to replace (what a godsend).
