We had a leak outside in our yard. The office sent Jordan who came the same day and gave us an estimate for repairs. We opted not to use him because we have a friend who can do the work for us. We didn’t know this in the beginning though. Jordan was pleasant, professional and knew what needed to be done. If I needed a plumber again, I would call them.

Rub a Dub has always given me a positive experience. Troy came out and problem solved a problem I have with the new water system you installed almost two years ago. Troy was determined to solve the problem and kept me informed and educated on what he was doing and how my system works. Always a good experience for Rub a Dub.
