“I got a water named Kindell, this was my very first time ever getting waxed and I was super nervous. Everyone, including the lovely woman with the piercings at the front desk (I'm sorry I forgot her name), we're super sweet and kind. Kindell seeing that I was nervous asked me what kind of music I wanted to play while I was being waxed and she let me pick an artist (I picked Lauren Spencer Smith) and it calmed my nerves. She let me have privacy undressing and explained the whole process to me while she was doing it. She started up a conversation about my tattoos trying to ease my fears and we had amazing conversation as she waxed me. She made me feel completely normal and at ease, which give the job that's a huge plus. This place is amazing and if it's your first wax ever look no further definitely go here. I have never done a review in my life, but this place was so amazing I actually felt I needed to write my experience to share here. I even prebooked which BTW gets 10 PERCENT OFF!! How amazing is that!! This place is amazing and I have monthly waxes now. I hope you all have the same wonderful experiences I have. “For all men, this isn't just for the ladies. I came to trim the top, nothing much. I've cut my own hair for at least 5 years, and can't remember the last time I paid for a cut. Was just looking for a trim up top (my weakness in cutting) and leave a bit on the sides because of a scar on the left side. Gina had other ideas, and with nearly forty years experience, I chose to listen and glad I did. Not only was it great, she literally gave the best cut I've had in 20 years; maybe ever. My wife knows that in the past I've been notorious for hating my haircuts for at least the first week or two; not this time!“
