Aurelio from Benjamin Franklin plumbing is great. Over multiple visits in the past couple of years he has installed two tankless water heaters, a whole house water filtration system with UV, faucets, etc. He’s always done a great job. Another time the day before Christmas in 2022, I had a burst pipe from a freeze and all the normal technicians were booked full, but their manager made time himself to come out and do my repair so Christmas could proceed as scheduled. I highly recommend them.
Second time we have used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. William provided excellent service with resetting two toilets, one of which presented a particularly challenging situation. Was professional and showed up on time, communicated well, go the job done in a timely manner. Thank you.
