Professional, upfront, educational, and compassionate. I took my new cat in with tapeworms along with a wellness check and we got him worked out fast! Thanks for making something stressful much easier and being able to give me quotes about treatments as we were getting him checked and treated.
Dr Phillips is a super caring and kind veterinarian, and she loves all animals, like me - and cares for my pets like her own. Her bedside with our pets is very comforting and my cats (usually fearful of anyone) are calm with her, and I’m grateful for that. I’ve used this clinic nearly 30 years. They are wonderful!
Best veterinarian center in Tyler ! My pets have been patients for 25 years ! Started bringing them after a bad experience at Petsmart clinic
They always find time if there’s a concern I have regarding any of my pets and call me promptly with lab results
Everyone is professional and welcoming
Most importantly my pets aren’t anxious to go
And I know they’re receiving top notch care !
