Amazing experience today at KT Wellness Spa! I’ve had several messages… some better than others. HOWEVER…today’s experience was just perfect for me. I and a friend booked separate appts. I was messaged by the owner and both her and her Tech were VERY THROUGH!!! She double checked a few times to make sure the appropriate pressure was being applied and made the necessary adjustment if it was required. I learned today that various parts of my body required certain pressures. I also learned that thoroughness is the key FOR ME booking additional appts in the near future especially, based on today’s experience.

Jeannette and Rocky did my hair and makeup, respectively, for my wedding last month. First of all, they are both absolutely delightful. They made me feel completely at ease. They took the time to look at pictures and discuss what I envisioned and made sure they understood exactly what I wanted.
And then, oh my gosh did they ever deliver. I was a middle-aged bride, but they made me look and feel so beautiful. For the makeup, I wanted a very natural look but also something specific that I had seen and Rocky pulled it off perfectly. And Jeannette assured me that my hair would stay in place, even with putting in and taking out the veil, and it did. It was a very elegant updo and I felt like a princess. If these ladies can make a middle-aged bride feel like a princess, then I don't think there's anything they can't do. I absolutely 100% recommend them!
I have been in search for a place that was a good fit for me! It has been a very long time since I have left a salon feeling wowed by the service and finished style. I was in desperate need of a cut after not having one for a year due to a bad experience elsewhere. Jena was absolutely amazing, she asked me questions and made recommendations based on my answers. She put me at ease and made me feel beautiful. It's been 5 days since my style and blowout and I have gotten so many compliments on my hair. My biggest fear is never getting that salon look days later but Jena talked to me about how to style and gave me tips for the best results. Hair Alchemy has been my beauty squad since they opened day 1. I have been loyal to Michelly and Justin (and Ashley) since she had her own studio previous to the beautiful salon they have today. Folks, these stylists do not get paid by the hour, it is by appointment. They have to protect themselves and their pay by a strict cancellation policy. They have to pay their bills too, just like all of us. If something comes up, call them ASAP and sometimes they can even fill the spot but not guaranteed. To all those leaving terrible reviews, let's be honest... you knew the cancellation policy. You receive a vagaro text to confirm your apptmt. The website and vagaro clearly state the policy (click on salon policy :)). The complainers simply did not cancel in time, procrastinated or whatever it might be. We make mistakes, get mad at yourself for not cancelling and pay your dues. Visit Hair Alchemy another time, you will not be disappointed. To those who complain about their service... I hate to say it but we all do not look like Kim Kardashian, Julia Roberts, etc. we can use those pics as an inspo but understand those cuts and colors might not make us look like them. :) Trust your stylist if they steer you a little differently but in the end it is your decision. The choice you make is on you but this is why the stylists sit you down and thoroughly discuss the color/cut whatever it may be, with you. Ladies, go visit this place.. they are hands down the best salon I have ever been to. Have a glass of bubbles, sit back and let them spoil you. Fantastic place. I am pretty picky with thin blond hair and a thick bread with sensitive skin so this place was able to meet all my needs and I refuse to go to any other barber. They always offer a free drink (I love the Makers Mark on rocks).

I had a rusted galvanized steel nipple on a outdoor hose faucet that badly needed to be replaced. The people over at 24/7 Plumbing took care of me from start to finish, and were professional and sincere every step of the way. They also provided the most competitive quote. Their plumbers did an excellent job removing the old rusted nipple and replacing it with a new brass nipple+faucet and finished it up by applying insulation foam. I couldn't be happier with their promptness, professionalism and quality of work. I highly recommend going with 24/7 Plumbing if you also need this type of repair work done.
My water heater went out at night and these guys were there by 9 am the next morning. Jared and Tray were informative, deliberate, and extremely helpful. They helped me avoid a potentially much worse situation. Would recommend to anyone and will absolutely be calling them back out if needed in the future.

Mike came out to work on a troublesome shower handle for a tub/shower. It had been worked on a couple times previously and kept failing. Mike arrived on time and assessed the situation. How many people can say that they took their contractor and spouse out to lunch to thank them for an awesome job?? Not many, but we did! Mike, Jorge, and his team did an amazing job! They are good, hard-working, trustworthy people, which is very hard to find these days!
We did a lot of work with Floor TX & Remodeling over many months. We started with replacing the floors in our entire house- upstairs and downstairs. That went very well, so we moved on to my office. We installed new cabinetry (including a pull out for my printer and a custom file cabinet), counter tops, quartz window sills, and new fixtures. Then, we moved on to the master bath & closet. The master bath and closet remodel included moving walls, water supply and drain lines, concrete work, and dryer exhaust relocation in addition to enlarging the shower, relocating the toilet, and installing new electrical outlets & lighting.
During this remodel, we had to open the ceiling and discovered that the contractor we used years earlier for an addition upstairs (not Mike) did not properly construct or support the new addition. The weight of a new bedroom and bathroom was only supported by one wall below. Mike immediately called in his structural engineer so that we could properly reinforce our second story and avoid some dire consequences. This was not Mike’s mess to clean up, but he cared about giving us peace of mind and avoiding any future issues.
We interviewed many contractors, but Mike was the only one who asked the right questions and made the right comments. I could tell that he had a lot of experience and truly knew what he was doing. Mike was certainly the right choice. He’s done a ton of work here in the west Houston area. He’s worked on many commercial & residential jobs. He’s worked on smaller jobs and jobs with extensive budgets but treats all his clients the same. We did a lot of work with Mike, but we were small beans compared to many of his other jobs. He never made us feel less important. Not only did he constantly offer us ideas to give us more of what we wanted like installing the bathtub faucet in the wall to give us more floorspace or using a special shower drain that allows us to easily clean out hair for when we wash our dogs in the shower, but he was VERY patient, and he was always in a relaxed and fun mood. You can tell that Mike truly enjoys what he does. He treats his whole team with honor & respect, and you can tell that they are all happy to work for him.
It’s hard to know exactly what you want when you are knocking down walls and moving things around. Mike never pressured us or made us feel bad when we needed more time to decide or when we changed our minds. He just wanted us to be happy with the end result. This went a long way for me!
Mike did little things to help us visualize what the bathroom would look like. He cut out a piece of cardboard the size of our bathtub so that we could see how much room we’d have. He never talked us into things that would make his life easier. He is very client focused and cares about getting the job done right.
Another thing that I really love about Mike is that he’s not into spending your money. He really respects your budget and doesn’t try to sell you on what will be the most profitable for him. He is for his clients.
To be able to fully trust your contractor is a gift. We are beyond grateful for this positive experience and highly recommend Mike and his team for any home flooring or remodeling project. If we decide to move forward on future jobs, we will be using Floor TX & Remodeling.

Their quote may have been a little higher than others but I knew their professionalism and the quality of their work was far better than all the other companies that submitted bids. Michael was very friendly when he came over to walk me though the quote and explaining all the work that they would do.

Let me start by saying that our experience with Tico Home Remodeling was OUTSTANDING in every sense of the word. I could easily write a novel about what happened, but the night before the project was to start we discovered a water leak. This began an odyssey of plumbers, leak detection, and remediation specialists that Gus and the Tico team had to coordinate with and work around. I know they didn’t bargain for this, but they were very understanding, flexible, and professional.
What started as a floor replacement, turned into a complete interior painting job and shower repair, and Gus and Tico handled the extra work quickly and at a reasonable price. Special shout outs to Nelson and Edwin who did the demo and tile work, Pablo and Ray who did the painting, and Jose and others who repaired our shower stall. Also Luisa visited us to do the initial measurements and provide the quote. Everyone took pride in their work and answered our questions quickly.

A friend highly recommended Eric to come out and take a look at the issues I was having with my sprinkler system. Upon meeting Eric, I knew that he was the right man to do the job. He evaluated the situation, and let me know that my entire sprinkler system needed to be rewired. The builder and the person who I had to come out to try and fix the system previously did it an injustice. He also installed a backflow prevention device along with a video on my cell phone to show me how to shut down my sprinkler system and then how to reopen it. So much easier than what I was previously doing. We also discussed rectifying the problems I had with the sod in the backyard and drainage issues throughout my lawn. He answered all of my questions and concerns explaining everything honestly and thoroughly. He worked up a quote that I felt was very reasonable for the amount of work that would be done.
He contacted me the day before to let me know when he and his crew would be there the next morning. They were right on time. Eric supervised his crew through the entire project. The job was completed in just one day. I was amazed and extremely happy and satisfied with the quality of work.
I decided to have him rectify other drainage issues, put in a gravel bedding along a backyard fence line, and border my front garden and tree. The work he and his team did was beyond my expectations once again. Eric beautified my flower bed and tree by adding Hardwood Brown mulch. He even personally spread the fertilizer and weed killer that he recommended for me to purchase, which I greatly appreciated. I have received many compliments from neighbors on how professional looking my yard now looks.
Eric went above and beyond. He is extremely down to earth. He does not try to sell you more than what you ask for. If you mention that you want to do things on your own, like putting down fertilizer, weeding, etc. he advises and explains how to do it.

tree debris dumping tip......they charge (me) based on the size of the trailer ie 3' x 14' and add charge for any branches sticking up higher than the top of the trailr. today they charged more than usual...see pictures. tip.... chop your last branches in the trailer and remove your ladders and tools for savings. i like this business and i really like ricardo as he is very fair, kind and professional.
We've used this team for a few years now to keep our oaks trimmed back - controlling the overshading and huge annual acorn blooms at bay. They even helped keep one of our sick trees from both dying and further infecting others, which was a huge catch your average landscaper might miss. They're very serious and professional about what they do, and they won't hesitate to advise against something that isn't in the best interest of tree's long-term health. That's really important, making you happy in the immediate term is going to fall very short if your tree dies years later from those decisions. The cheaper groups will hack, saw, make you happy - and that tree is gone/dead a few years later. I've seen that happen to friends/family and it's why I'm very picky about who gets to touch mine especially for larger maintenance efforts. I bought this property because I love my trees and the coverage they provide. This group has my trust to maintain them.

I went in for a filling and, on a whim, decided to have my wisdom tooth extracted at the same time. Mrs. Karen and Dr. Lee are so sweet, I really like Dr. Lee because she explains everything in detail about what is going on with my teeth. And Mrs. Karen is so funny, they both make going to the dentist really enjoyable. Mrs. Teresa at the front desk made sure we got checked out quickly too! I love everyone at RSE, I am scared of the drills and the sharp tools but I know that they all take really good care of me so it’s not as scary. :)
I don’t think I’ll ever say this about a dentist’s visit but this was the best experience I’ve had at a dentist’s office! Location was easy to find & it’s a beautiful/clean office with very relaxing atmosphere. But the most important thing is, the procedure was painless. Dr. Le made sure I was comfortable at all times and addressed all of my concerns regarding my dental care. I don’t live close to Cheery Smile Dental but will gladly make the trip for the best of the best. Already scheduled my next cleaning appointment and I’m not even dread going to the dentist anymore.
Dr Kim and his staff are great. His new location is so much fun for kids of different ages. I feel the wait times and appt availability have always been great.
Jemeila was very pleasant and friendly which you don't get when you patronize businesses anymore so I automatically felt like I was at home and was going to be taken care of. Doctor Rabeea Afzal came in and she had a beautiful spirit as well. All I can say is I have found a Dentist office that I will forever be loyal to..... This was just my 1st visit for a consultation but everyone was very nice and helpful, the place itself is very modern and clean, and the staff were super accommodating - especially with trying to work out schedules with me around my super hectic work schedule. So far, I've been very happy with my experience. I expect none the less when I return for my procedures.
Dr. Tang is excellent! Gave me the evaluation of my teeth and was very honest! Got in and out of office within 1.5 hours for root buildup and temp crown...will be back for all of my dental needs in future.

We got a recommendation from my aunt who dr . Hokanson was her vet teach many years ago . We went another vet before and not getting the results we wanted to see . So we went go fur baby got diagnosed right. We so thankful for Dr. Hokanson ! The staff also is so friendly and treats our fur baby like their own . Our passed away not to long ago but im so thankful for this place we got 3 extra years with our baby . They treated us when it was with such grace. My first time experience here was amazing! I’ve been searching everywhere for a place to cut my dog’s nails for the longest. He’s so difficult and anxious when it comes to nail trims. But they were so sweet and patient with him. They got it done in no time without traumatizing and hurting him. Everyone was so welcoming and professional, I highly recommend it here!

My 3 dogs and I are so happy to call Fry Road Animal clinic our vet. My dog Daisy needed a sick visit and the staff was able to upload all of the records i emailed them before the visit. I was impressed with everyone we met. Dr Brice was extremely through in his examination and explained all of the tests and medications. The exam was a through wellness exam as well as testing and treating her for allergies which is what brought us in. Additional vaccines and a skin test were recommended and i never felt pressured and i understood everything, every step of the way. I've since added the records for my other two dogs and will bring them in for annual visits when they are due. Simply the most caring, compassionate staff. Picture of adorable patient below.

I've been coming to this place for 2ish years now. We started with my 12 year old small poodle who passed last year, and continue to come with my new fur baby and my mom's 2 dogs. They do a great job at communicating and delivering service we agree on. My dogs leave smelling amazing, fluffy, and fully cleaned, head to toe. Prices are reasonable and they fit my appointments when I need them.

My close friend surprised me with a massage at Holistique Spa in Katy. I had a deep tissue/lympatic massage by Alex. While it had been some time since my last deep tissue massage and it was somewhat painful (as expected) it’s likely the best lymphatic massage I’ve ever had. I would definitely recommend and will also return! Thank you!
I had a "quick boost hand and arm reflexology for 30 minutes for $35 and the lady did really well. For an arm and hand massage I was able to feel comfortable and lay down in a reclining bed and prop up a pillow under my knee and have a blanket as well. Very enjoyable experience and totally relaxing. Next rime I will go for an hour massage.
Amazing experience today at KT Wellness Spa! I’ve had several messages… some better than others. HOWEVER…today’s experience was just perfect for me. I and a friend booked separate appts. I was messaged by the owner and both her and her Tech were VERY THROUGH!!! She double checked a few times to make sure the appropriate pressure was being applied and made the necessary adjustment if it was required. I learned today that various parts of my body required certain pressures. I also learned that thoroughness is the key FOR ME booking additional appts in the near future especially, based on today’s experience.

Lynda is very professional. She continuously asked if the pressure was comfortable. I felt amazing and sinuses cleared. At the end of my session she told me to take my time getting up. This office has a phenomenal team. They diagnosed my problem after ER doctors told me it was my shoulder, when it was actually my neck.
The exercises and therapies allowed me to sleep for the first time in months. In a few short months I went from searing pain waking me dozens of time every night and numbness in my arm to zero pain and complete feeling in my arm. Several months later, I remain pain free and have been continuing their easy to understand exercises that can also be done at home.
I can’t speak highly enough of their entire team.

McDonough Physical Therapy helped diagnose my son with a Pars stress fracture in his spine. Worked alongside our orthopedic to develop rehab plans then did an amazing job at getting my son back to health even stronger than before. I visited the Pearland branch recently to get treatment for right shoulder pain. The treatment helped relieve the pain in first sitting. I will be going back for few more sessions. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who is experiencing muscle pain.
Hip pain was keeping me awake at night so I went to see Eileen at Ginkgo Tree. It was my first experience with acupuncture and I must say that I was quite impressed. Eileen was very professional and explained everything that she was going to do. I felt comfortable during the treatment and I’m optimistic that it will relieve my hip pain.

I had suffered a tennis elbow pain on both arms from August 2024 and had taken medicine and injection on right elbow and physical therapy for 10 weeks, but it didn't work at all. So I tried to find a place for accupuncture treatment covered by my insurance, cigna, and found this place and I have been treated and cured my tennis elbow pain on both arms every week since the 2nd week of 2025. Now I am 99% cured compared to my original condition and very happy and satisfied. Mr.Chung is a very kind and professional doctor and provides a great service. I certainly recommend him, and I would like to give him two thumbs up and my sincre gratitude.
