They actually listened to me unlike the hospital down the road. Called Franklin Woods, who treated me like I was some drug addict, wanting pain pills and told me that muscle relaxers would just make me sleepy, that I should just get a massage and they rushed me out the door. I suffer from spinal stenosis and it was causing very painful spasms in my shoulder & In my back. Medical center actually was caring enough to listen to me and believe me and treat me like a human being

Monique did my hair for the first time here at Salon Bella Dona. She rents her own booth there and is thriving wonderfully. I previously had went to Stacey Johnson and the results I got weren't good at all and the amount I paid was terrible for a different service. My stylist is Megan and she is AWESOME. She takes the time to listen to what you want and what your hair will actually do. She is the first stylist in 34 years to tell me I had a cowlick in my front hairline. But she was still able to give me the style I wanted. The care and level of detail at this salon is top notch. Sarah did an amazing job matching my extensions to my natural hair. My hair is so thin and such a challenge. She was very Careful to balance the length and thickness so that it was comfortable and balanced. She made sure I was completely educated on the aftercare and expectations. I’ve had lots of different extensions.This is the first time I’ve been comfortable immediately after. She is truly a perfectionist.

If you are looking for someone to cut your toddler's hair, please look into TaylorMade Barbershop! They were recommended to me from some mommas and Paul did a wonderful job! They have descriptions of each of their specialties on their website, and are also involved in the JC community. ❤️ This was my son's first haircut and he is 19 months old. Paul gave him toys to hold, let him play with the blower that gets hair off your body after a cut, play with the comb, let him walk and get down, and even clipped a few pieces of hair while he was throwing a fit in the floor because he was OVER it all (no worries, he was safe). The only reason my son threw a fit was because he did not want to wear the firefighter cape to keep hair off his clothes, so he was getting itchy. Paul was incredibly patient and kind. I also had my 4 year old with me who was trying to get into some things, and when another barber heard me getting onto her, she came to where we were and asked what show she liked to watch and turned it on the TV. Toward the end I noticed my 4 year old had made herself comfy in the empty barber chair, feet propped up with no shoes or socks on. So as I was telling her to get her shoes and socks on, Paul walked over and helped her get them on as I calmed my son down. He did not have to do that but he did. There are no words I have except thankfulness and gratitude. We will be coming more often!

The way he made my beard tapper and as well as the sides of my head go tapper as ive a natural birthmark was really amazing. I am always nervous when it comes time to get my eyebrows back in check after I’ve moved to a new city. I wasn’t sure where to go, but after some googling and review reading I found Darcy- very thankful I did! She always shaped my brows to perfection and tinted them just how I wanted, allowing me to always leave feeling more confident. When I wanted to do a little extra for myself I added a lash lift and tint to my appointment and Darcy of course did a wonderful job!

I came to Hair Fashion Forum in a panic. As I walked in the door I immediately liked the vibe as everyone was welcoming. I began to calm down. I had booked an appointment with Kim and shared with her that I was attending a VERY important event and my below the shoulder length hair needed a stylish cut. We discussed my best option and she nailed it. That was part one.
Part two was the event I would be attending was out of state and I would arrive several days prior. Since I couldn't pack Kim in my suitcase, this ponytail loving and twirl it up with a clip kinda gal would have to learn how to style my own hair! Kim patiently taught me styling tips and I was able to do my own hair! I've styled it many times since using the tips she taught me!

This was my first massage ever, and Angela was my masseuse.
She was absolutely professional and made me feel very comfortable right away.
The massage itself was absolutely amazing. I opted for the 90 minute relaxation massage and all I can say is WOW!! I didn't realize how much tension I was holding in my back. Angela did a really great job, and I didn't feel any discomfort or pain.
After the massage, I not only was very physically relaxed but emotionally as well. I'll definitely be back!

This place was unexpectedly great. We stayed as hotel guests and I got a deep tissue massage with Chris. She was fantastic. The best part about this place is the space. You can hang out in the lounge areas before and after the treatment - no rush, and got to use the hot sauna and have a hot tea after the massage. Very much recommend.

I can’t speak highly enough about this company. We had the steam cleaning carpet service with stain removal and scotch guard finish. The technicians were friendly and efficient and the end result was a Spotless carpet (accurate company name!). We’ve used carpet cleaning services before and never seen awesome results like these guys. I thoroughly recommend that if you want to get carpets back to near new, call these guys.
Used AMS to clean the carpet in a house we just bought, as there were pet stains everywhere and a bit of a smell. The carpet is 10x better than it was. The stains that were there are gone which is exactly what we were hoping for. There is still a bit of a smell but I think the only thing that will get rid of that is a new carpet. I'm happy with the results and the workers were so friendly!!
They were informative, efficient and straght forward. Answer my questions with specific information allowing me to understand my options. There quoted estimated price was in my opinion very reasonable and they provided me with a quote that was broken down based on several options, which was equally helpful. The only thing that has not happened is I have not received a copy of the quite by email. It is possible that my email was misunderstood and therefore was sent but not received by me. I will call them to see about having it sent. I plan on using their service of air duct cleaning.

Ordered samples that were shipped out immediately and at no expense to me. Ben was very helpful and kept me updated on delivery, etc. Most places charge for samples and you never know when to expect them, so this was appreciated. Have not made a decision yet but so far have been satisfied with customer service.

Snowden's put on a metal roof and all new guttering for us three years ago. There was extensive sheeting replacement necessary before the metal roofing was put on and complete removal of an entire asphalt shingle roof. They hauled away all the shingles and cleaned up all around the house. I couldn't be happier with the job they did for us and the price was very fair and reasonable. The entire job was completed in three days. I can highly recommend Snowden's !

The name is fitting, they truly do go above and beyond. The previous owner of our home had a bay window built and installed, and they must have used the cheapest materials possible and it wasn't built well either. It was already starting to sag and deteriorate. James and his assistant expertly built a new one and it is SO well built, I'm positive that if this place ever gets so old it falls down, the window will still be intact!! Dennis, the owner came by frequently to check on the progress, he called even before it was finished to make sure we were happy with it, and called again when it was done. I had a dead ashe tree in the front yard that I needed removed. I had 4 quotes, J&R won with price, reliability, and confidence that they could do the job. Easy to communicate with, did the job right when they said they would for the price they said. My kids and I had such a fun time watching them expertly cut down the tree. After the tree removal, the stump grinder was in repair so they couldn't grind the stump that day. I paid in full trusting they would grind the stump when the machine was fixed. And guess what, they showed up right when they said they would even after getting paid to grind the stump!!!! No hassle to get them back out!!!

I was established with this practice a few years ago, but because life got crazy, I had fallen out of my regular checkups. When I had a new bump in my mouth and became worried, Simple Smiles got me in for a same day appointment despite not having been a “current” patient. When I was filling out paperwork, I asked if they were accepting new patients as my husband also had not been to a dentist in a few years. They said “we are, and if he wants to get here now, we just had a cancellation and could see him as a new patient in 30 minutes”! Amazing and unheard of!

This chiropractic practice is the help you didn’t know you needed. I’ve been going for years based on the word of mouth of a trusted friend. All the staff are friendly, kind, professional, and the facility is always clean and welcoming. I can feel in my neck and back when it’s almost time for me to have an adjustment. My neck pain and tension headaches are kept at bay as long as I stay on track with my appointments. Chris is great and his additional passive stretching, etc., always helps even if I didn’t realize I needed that before showing up for my appointment. We absolutely love Dr. Josh and his Wife. They are so friendly caring. He has given us quality care that has made such a difference in our health. He has listened to our needs, and always given us tips on how to help ourselves once we leave our adjustment. All of our kids love going to his proactive. It’s a calming environment, and Dr. Josh and his wife and staff really do so well to keep it that way.
We had our newborn to see him within 4 days of her being born to have her first adjustment, and she has responded so well to each one since. We couldn’t recommend them more!

Hurt something while making my bed. Ended up calling Ballard and Kind on a whim after being recommended to try them out months ago from my PCP. I called and was welcomed by Dr. Kind. I was seen promptly and he knew what I messed up: my SI joint. Prior to arriving I couldn’t lift my leg up because of the discomfort and pain. After being pulled on and given therapy, I was able to walk better and lift my leg up. I’m so grateful that I didn’t let my initial apprehension stop me from trying this chiropractor clinic out. Thanks for getting me together again! Highly recommend to anyone in need of a chiropractor.

All the staff has been AMAZING but Nurse Charli has been TOP NOTCH. She is nothing by nice, caring, and understanding. She was there for me through my first appointment as well as my removal appointment. I couldn't have asked for a better nurse! As far as providers. Dr. Winton did my removal and was on time. I didn't have to wait at all and he made it a very speedy to the point appointment but also answered all my questions. Mallory Jennings NP fit me in even through I was late due to the snow/ice and made a point to answer every question/concern I had to the highest degree! No wonder my family as well as my in-laws are patients!
Absolutely love Dr Still and staff. They are so caring to the families and fur babies. Been with veterinary medical for over 20 years. This last visit was with one of my cats and they did an excellent job helping her. The past 2 years I’ve had to put 2 of my dogs down due to old age. They sat and cried with me during the final moments and afterwards. I couldn’t imagine going to any other vet office.
I have seen other comments about their prices and yes, they are a bit expensive, but in my experience they are a fantastic veterinary practice! I trust my animals with them and have always received top-notch care from them. I have several cats and will be rescuing another stray cat next week that I have built trust with. The staff here know me by name and know my pets by name. I have never had a bad experience with these fine folks and the care my pets receive is always top-notch. I've been with them for almost a year and a half now and I couldn't be happier. When I take my kitties there, I know they will get the best health services money can buy.

I called for an appt they told me what they had, we went in for the appt Dr. Lamons told me that without any testing she was not able to tell me what was best for our Shelby, however she did say what she could do and told us to think about it and let her know what we wanted to do. Before too much time could go by our Shelby got very sick today 11/14/2025 my family has grieved Shelby dying all day the love and compassion these people showed us was nothing short of how they would want their family to be taken care of… they made my family keychains, they had a very well constructed box to put our Shelby in and wrapped her so sweet. They gave us the the best care today they was honest, compassionate and so loving! The staff was too! Our nurse Billie she was amazing, kind and gentle no rushing at all the fee was fair. We’ll be going to take Sadie out an other Yorkie there. As far as money I can’t tell you about much but as for the caring in that establishment I can tell you you can’t beat them! 5 out of 5!

I had one of the best aerial experiences ever at NOCA yesterday. I love that my home studio is so encouraging of trying new studios and instructors and how many classes NOCA offers. I took plus Lyra with Mindy and then chains and it was incredible. She, is incredible. My teachers have all tried to find accommodations for my particular body - I have a swelling condition that can make some moves harder.Mindy had so many little tweaks and tiny adjustments to try to make my struggle points easier and suggestions for spots I asked for specific guidance on and was so encouraging on trying most moves but did not hesitate to tell me to hold back on one she was iffy about. Getting into aerial in my late 30’s with a not standard body type has been daunting at times but last night gave me that high that makes aerial fun and rewarding.I’m a bit bruised thanks to my own ‘I want to do it ALL - PLEASE!’ but I would try to get back in them today because it was so great. I cannot recommend her classes enough for anyone - period but ESPECIALLY for anyone who has a particular modification they need. She hits the elusive balance of accommodating and challenging as well as ‘go get ‘em tiger’ and ‘hm let’s wait on that one’. I’ve felt so amped all day from those classes - thank you for giving me a springboard into next week Mindy, you rock.

I scheduled a private class here for my Girl Scout Troop. We had our class today with Maggie, and we had a wonderful experience! Maggie was a great instructor and really kept the girls engaged throughout the session. She listened to everyone's expectations for the class and really made sure to tie in all those elements.
Gideon was welcoming and listening to my focus needs when preparing for my half marathon! Will be back.

Absolutely amazing!!! Very relaxing atmosphere. She hit every spot where I have been having issues. This woman's hands were so strong! I was able to walk in...no problem. I guess I got lucky today. I will definitely make an appointment for my next one. Probably the best massage I have ever had. I even bought a gift certificate for a friend. $50 for an hour, 100% worth every nickel (since pennies don't exist any more ?) I should add, this was my first time here and I will definitely be going back!!! Oh, and bring cash, there is a $5 charge for credit cards.

Amazing!! Alexis Beach was my daughter’s PT for several weeks and I’m so thankful for her and her help. My daughter had a broken arm during birth and was referred to see a PT for both her arm and her torticollis. Alexis was so gentle and caring towards my baby and I couldn’t thank her enough! You could tell she truly cared.
After full knee replacement in June, I have been going to AOA physical therapy in JC for the last 4 months. Going to AOA was one of the best decisions I have made. I have been working with Scarlett specifically and she is very good. Witnessing the other 2 physical therapists, John and Daniel, you cannot go wrong with any of them.
