Treat yourself to a visit at Niecy's Wellness and Medical Spa. I added the sauna session to my IV treatment today and I'm so grateful I did. I suffer from all things related to menopause; inflammation, mood swings, insomnia ?. But the treatments I've been receiving here have been a prayer answered. I walk out of the Spa feeling like I'm on a cloud.
I have had a very pleasant experience. I was diagnosed with a rare form of leukemia ( (T cell large granular lymphocytic leukemia) on Feb. 22, 2024. Through the wonderful treatment I received through Dr. Alina Bhat and her nurse (Amy), and I might add: a lot of prayer, I am now in remission. I appreciate them so much. They were very compassionate and encouraging all along the way.
Joanna was amazing yesterday when I went to get my haircut. I have natural curly hair and it’s hard for me to find someone to cut my hair without it causing distress. I’ve been looking for someone to cut my curly hair for a while now due to a not so great experience before. Joannna is very knowledgeable with natural curly hair, and can recommend natural organic products to keep the curls healthy. She cut my curls differently than I’ve ever had done before and explained what she was doing throughout. She only took off what I asked as far as length. When I was finished my curls were way more bouncy, which I’ve missed. Today my curls are still full of volume and bounce. I’ve very thankful I found someone who knew how to make my curls come to life again, thank you so much Joanna. ? I added before and after photos to show the difference. The before picture (me in orange), I also gotten a haircut by someone else a few months ago, and my curls started to flatten. After I saw Joanna I had my bouncy curls back and I’m so grateful.?

I am going to go ahead and give this place 5 stars. Not because I’m someone who gets their nails done regularly, but primarily I do like a good pedi often. What I’m most impressed about this place is their cleanliness standards that are seriously lacking in other “walk-in” style salons in the area. This is the first salon (that I have personally patronized) that does not reuse
nail filers and foot buffers. They use disposable items that get tossed after each client. But the best part: Every time the nail technician is about to start your pedi, they open a fresh bag of autoclaved tools!! They autoclave their tools! Which is a +++ in my book. Scary to think other places don’t use it have one. On top of everything, have never had an issue getting a chair without an appointment here. They have always fit me in. Please keep this place in mind when looking for a place to get a pedi!
I just want to start off by saying I love getting my nails done at vibes and that every artist there is so kind. I always get my nails done by Mikaela and my mother has gotten hers done by catt a few times.
However there have been a few changes within the past month or so that has caused some discomfort. While I can appreciate the new set up all the artists have received it is alittle too tall especially paired with the massage chairs clients use that are very low to the ground. I'm unfortunately very short so it becomes hard to comfortably give my nail tech my hand and reach her period. The new set up also unfortunately leaves marks on my arms no matter what I try. My only other issue is the new card only policy. I had an appointment where unfortunately I couldn't unlock my card to use, due to an issue out of my control, and even though I had plenty of cash to use, I couldn't because of the new card only policy. Luckily I was able to resolve the issue but it was still a very stressful situation. Again I love coming to vibes and will always recommend it to anyone who asks.
I’ve been going to Tina at US Nails for a little over 6 years now. I think the nails speak for themselves! Tina can do just about anything you ask her to and she kills it every time! I mostly get acrylics, but I also get pedicures here too and they always do a great job! I always get a ton of compliments on my nails and when girls ask me where I go, I refer Tina @ US Nails!!!???

I came to Hair Fashion Forum in a panic. As I walked in the door I immediately liked the vibe as everyone was welcoming. I began to calm down. I had booked an appointment with Kim and shared with her that I was attending a VERY important event and my below the shoulder length hair needed a stylish cut. We discussed my best option and she nailed it. That was part one.
Part two was the event I would be attending was out of state and I would arrive several days prior. Since I couldn't pack Kim in my suitcase, this ponytail loving and twirl it up with a clip kinda gal would have to learn how to style my own hair! Kim patiently taught me styling tips and I was able to do my own hair! I've styled it many times since using the tips she taught me!

I am always nervous when it comes time to get my eyebrows back in check after I’ve moved to a new city. I wasn’t sure where to go, but after some googling and review reading I found Darcy- very thankful I did! She always shaped my brows to perfection and tinted them just how I wanted, allowing me to always leave feeling more confident. When I wanted to do a little extra for myself I added a lash lift and tint to my appointment and Darcy of course did a wonderful job!

The story goes as follows: On a lazy Sunday, I call these gentlemen to discuss replacing my water heater. They arrive at my home the next day with a brand-new heater ready to go, and they wrap the entire thing in a matter of minutes. They're really laid-back, quite knowledgeable, and always willing to help. And get this: there won't be any pressure to make impulse purchases or shock your wallet. A nice change, no? Give them a shout without second thought. Bonus points because they are all local.
Suljo and Skyler were great. Even though we ended up not needing any service after all they were very thorough in the inspection and also gave quotes in case the clog returned. They were the third plumbers to come out and instead of trying to convince me to replace the whole plumbing system ($7400+ per other companies) they quoted just the issue at hand less than $1000. If there is any other issues that arise I will be calling them immediately!

The experience I had with Marty's electric was outstanding . I had their A team (Alex & Alex) working at my house for 3 days installing a new panel, new meter box, and install 3 sealing fans. Used AMS to clean the carpet in a house we just bought, as there were pet stains everywhere and a bit of a smell. The carpet is 10x better than it was. The stains that were there are gone which is exactly what we were hoping for. There is still a bit of a smell but I think the only thing that will get rid of that is a new carpet. I'm happy with the results and the workers were so friendly!!
They were informative, efficient and straght forward. Answer my questions with specific information allowing me to understand my options. There quoted estimated price was in my opinion very reasonable and they provided me with a quote that was broken down based on several options, which was equally helpful. The only thing that has not happened is I have not received a copy of the quite by email. It is possible that my email was misunderstood and therefore was sent but not received by me. I will call them to see about having it sent. I plan on using their service of air duct cleaning.

Snowden's put on a metal roof and all new guttering for us three years ago. There was extensive sheeting replacement necessary before the metal roofing was put on and complete removal of an entire asphalt shingle roof. They hauled away all the shingles and cleaned up all around the house. I couldn't be happier with the job they did for us and the price was very fair and reasonable. The entire job was completed in three days. I can highly recommend Snowden's !

Above and Beyond, just completed a flooring job for us. It involved about 60% of our living area. We are elderly with mobility issues, so we could not leave and give them the house to work on without us. A&B did a fantastic job with minimal inconvenience to my wife and me. The floors looks great. Highly recommend this company! Blown away by their uber professional quote with photos and price. Best quote style of any company that I've ever seen. They had truly fair pricing, full coverage insurance and the team of men were extremely professional and knowledgeable, all of them! True arborists. We will definitely have them back soon to do more work. This is the 3rd tree company we've used in the past 4 years and they were definitely the best! They made recommendations on the tree's health, as well as safely pruning and removing, plus instructed us on how to eliminate a pest we have called Hemlock Woolly Adelrig. The men have worked for the company for several years and seemed to love their job and the company they work for. The salesman/ foreman Joseph was great, as well as their climber, Eric, the rest of the guys were so courteous and careful with our property and treated it with much respect. Harlom, Shannon, Harrison and Dale were great! The whole crew pruned 7 trees in under 6 hours and left the site clean and organized. Did exactly as we asked. They communicated excellently with us and each other the whole time. The lady in the office, Brekken, was also so friendly, organized, helpful, and called to confirm the day prior! Highly recommend this company! This is a dangerous job, not only for these men but our home, as several trees were about 70-80' tall and hung over the house. They did an amazing job!! People should remember you get what you pay for and if you like your service feel free to buy the guys lunch and tip them, just to show your personal appreciation. We couldn't afford much tip, but they were so grateful for what they got, and you could tell they had a great working relationship with each other. They didn't leave any trash, didn't swear and were super personable.

There is also very low emplyee turnover, and the people ive seen for years still work there, which indicates the level of care and competency shown in this practice.

This chiropractic practice is the help you didn’t know you needed. I’ve been going for years based on the word of mouth of a trusted friend. All the staff are friendly, kind, professional, and the facility is always clean and welcoming. I can feel in my neck and back when it’s almost time for me to have an adjustment. My neck pain and tension headaches are kept at bay as long as I stay on track with my appointments. Chris is great and his additional passive stretching, etc., always helps even if I didn’t realize I needed that before showing up for my appointment. We absolutely love Dr. Josh and his Wife. They are so friendly caring. He has given us quality care that has made such a difference in our health. He has listened to our needs, and always given us tips on how to help ourselves once we leave our adjustment. All of our kids love going to his proactive. It’s a calming environment, and Dr. Josh and his wife and staff really do so well to keep it that way.
We had our newborn to see him within 4 days of her being born to have her first adjustment, and she has responded so well to each one since. We couldn’t recommend them more!

Hurt something while making my bed. Ended up calling Ballard and Kind on a whim after being recommended to try them out months ago from my PCP. I called and was welcomed by Dr. Kind. I was seen promptly and he knew what I messed up: my SI joint. Prior to arriving I couldn’t lift my leg up because of the discomfort and pain. After being pulled on and given therapy, I was able to walk better and lift my leg up. I’m so grateful that I didn’t let my initial apprehension stop me from trying this chiropractor clinic out. Thanks for getting me together again! Highly recommend to anyone in need of a chiropractor.

All the staff has been AMAZING but Nurse Charli has been TOP NOTCH. She is nothing by nice, caring, and understanding. She was there for me through my first appointment as well as my removal appointment. I couldn't have asked for a better nurse! As far as providers. Dr. Winton did my removal and was on time. I didn't have to wait at all and he made it a very speedy to the point appointment but also answered all my questions. Mallory Jennings NP fit me in even through I was late due to the snow/ice and made a point to answer every question/concern I had to the highest degree! No wonder my family as well as my in-laws are patients!
Very kind and efficient staff. We were in and out in less than an hour, and I didn’t even have to stop by a pharmacy afterwards. My cat is very skittish and they did great with her, you can tell they really care about the animals that are in their care 🫶
I have seen other comments about their prices and yes, they are a bit expensive, but in my experience they are a fantastic veterinary practice! I trust my animals with them and have always received top-notch care from them. I have several cats and will be rescuing another stray cat next week that I have built trust with. The staff here know me by name and know my pets by name. I have never had a bad experience with these fine folks and the care my pets receive is always top-notch. I've been with them for almost a year and a half now and I couldn't be happier. When I take my kitties there, I know they will get the best health services money can buy.

I called for an appt they told me what they had, we went in for the appt Dr. Lamons told me that without any testing she was not able to tell me what was best for our Shelby, however she did say what she could do and told us to think about it and let her know what we wanted to do. Before too much time could go by our Shelby got very sick today 11/14/2025 my family has grieved Shelby dying all day the love and compassion these people showed us was nothing short of how they would want their family to be taken care of… they made my family keychains, they had a very well constructed box to put our Shelby in and wrapped her so sweet. They gave us the the best care today they was honest, compassionate and so loving! The staff was too! Our nurse Billie she was amazing, kind and gentle no rushing at all the fee was fair. We’ll be going to take Sadie out an other Yorkie there. As far as money I can’t tell you about much but as for the caring in that establishment I can tell you you can’t beat them! 5 out of 5!

While I haven't tried the yoga classes yet, I have been really impressed by the reformer pilates classes here! They have a small class size (5 reformers), the reformers are really nice and comfortable to use, the space is inviting, and the instructors are fun and challenge you in the most supportive ways. As someone new to the world of reformer pilates, they've been so helpful and welcoming! I've especially enjoyed Anna's Wednesday night class, Rachel's beginner class, and Hailey's Sunday morning class. Highly recommend giving it a try!

it has done for my mental health, mind, body, and soul. The music is so motivating, along with the atmosphere which consists of infrared light, which is excellent for your skin and other positive factors. The instructors are excellent instructors. I have finally found an exercise that works for me. Sometimes I just lay down during class and enjoy the music, heat, and camaraderie. It's $45 for the first two weeks. This includes unlimited classes. They also have pilates, barr classes and a work out gym for circuit training. This is a non judgemental atmosphere and the people, yogies, are so caring. You will definitely make friends. I also love the beginners classes as it helps me with the fundamental skills. I stayed in the back of the room for months so I could learn from the yogies up front. I lost 30 pounds in less than 2 months. Please give it a shot if you need something that is a positive life long change. Before starting at Vidya, I was miserable because I was so out of shape and had joint pain and low energy. Plus going through metapause. All of that is gone now. No more pain and my mental health from menopause is impeccable.
The owners are Nate and Ashley Davis. They teach classes also. You just wait.... come and join us. You can thank me later. It has saved my life. That's how miserable I was. I love all of you at Vidya and now I can't live without you.

Adam gave me the best massage I’ve had in Tennessee—and honestly, one of the best massages I’ve had anywhere on the East Coast.
I booked the 90-minute deep tissue massage, and his skill was exceptional. He has incredibly strong, intuitive healing hands and knows exactly when to apply deep pressure and when to ease up. Adam identified and released several areas of tension that I didn’t even realize were causing problems.

My first time and everything was perfect. Amethyst is easy to find and in a quiet, leafy neighborhood--a great relaxing atmosphere. Amazing!! Alexis Beach was my daughter’s PT for several weeks and I’m so thankful for her and her help. My daughter had a broken arm during birth and was referred to see a PT for both her arm and her torticollis. Alexis was so gentle and caring towards my baby and I couldn’t thank her enough! You could tell she truly cared.
