I just want to start off by saying I love getting my nails done at vibes and that every artist there is so kind. I always get my nails done by Mikaela and my mother has gotten hers done by catt a few times.
However there have been a few changes within the past month or so that has caused some discomfort. While I can appreciate the new set up all the artists have received it is alittle too tall especially paired with the massage chairs clients use that are very low to the ground. I'm unfortunately very short so it becomes hard to comfortably give my nail tech my hand and reach her period. Oh my gosh, easily my new favorite place! I always had bad experiences at nail salons (either getting the design wrong or genuinely leaving me bleeding), and Vibes restored my faith in them. I got an appointment for soft gels with Kirsten, and she was phenomenal! 10/10, I will be coming back!!
