I absolutely love Real Hot Yoga! It is the first exercise that I have found that I really enjoy and can stick with! I have lost 48 lbs! My husband is a Physician and he & I both are also impressed with all of the health benefits: increased flexibility, balance and strength. I have asthma and have increased my lung function from 70% to 98%!! I am also calmer, more focused and more energized! I have never felt better! It is truly life changing for me!

I love this studio. The classes are fun and challenging with plenty of cues as I am a beginner. I get such a feeling of accomplishment and joy when I make it through an entire class giving my everything to make the most of the session. This studio will make you love yoga as the heat allows for deeper pose positions that have me surprised by my own strength and flexibility. The instructors really care about the students and yoga and how we feel about it. They take the time to learn names and give encouragement. This is a wonderfully challenging yoga environment for anyone who wants to try at any level of physical ability!
