I had an incredible experience here with my new adorable kitten. She was a stray and had tail tip necrosis. As a new cat owner, I was freaking out. Luckily, I was able to get an appointment the same day and the staff was wonderful. She is doing wonderful with some basic treatment, and everyone was so polite and kind. I could tell they really cared, and the veterinarian had excellent bedside manner and gave me calm and confidence that I was doing well with her. Above all, they didn't charge me for the exam since I had just adopted her. It meant everything to me, and I'll be coming here for as long as I stay in the area.

Today is a very sad day for my husband and me, we had to have our first furbaby put down. He was 9 and had been through alot with us.. he was the ring bear at our wedding , I could go on and on, but I won't I had to see a vet today and I found this place and they are the most wonderful people have ever met. They took their time with us and explained in great detail what would happen and what options we had. Very kind with us. Let us take all the time we needed. Incredibly nice people. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. ❤

We have gone to pinecrest vet for years and they have been great with our 2 dogs! They have always been accommodating for short notice visits and are very responsive to phone calls and messages. All the staff and the vets have been extremely friendly and polite.
