After a really difficult experience that left me in severe pain over a holiday weekend with a potential infection and an office without “off hours” communication, I reached out to Ridgeview after a friend’s recommendation. Despite having a busy schedule, they got me in first thing and immediately made me feel cared for. I also really appreciated knowing they offer weekend communication for emergencies, which was something I was specifically looking for after my experience.
After that first visit, I scheduled a full exam and decided to establish care with their practice. Dr. Lauderback was honest, realistic, and thorough. He explained everything clearly without creating unnecessary fear or pushing treatment that wasn’t needed. He also offered me help that others wouldn’t with some lower permanent retainer cement that I needed removed. It only took minutes yet other dentists wouldn’t remove over the past year.
Briley and the front desk staff were also amazing, making every interaction warm and personal.
It’s rare to find a practice where you feel both confident in the care you’re receiving and genuinely valued as a patient. I’m grateful to have found Ridgeview Family Dental and highly recommend them!
I have been using Sondra as a massage therapist for a few years now. My back has been an issue for quite a long time. I have had therapists in the past that would trigger the pain and it would take a long time for me to be able to get moving again afterward. Sondra has been able to provide great relief for my low back pain. I have now gotten to where I don't anticipate pain at the end of the session. She is very talented and was able to convince my nervous system that pain does not have to be associated with (proper) massage work. I highly recommend her.
All of the staff at Dillow-Taylor are top of the line. Wonderful caring people who explained the process very thorough and professionally. They made a difficult time a little easier with our fathers passing in 2015 and our Mothers passing this year. I am very grateful for their kind and loving care during our difficult time.
They always take good care of our cat and dogs and will tailor what gets done at each visit based on the pets' needs and tolerance.
Ricky did an amazing job on the gutters for our home and storage building. He was very professional, work hard, cleaned up all the mess. He showed up on time and was reasonably priced. Ricky always does great work!
UPDATE: Cory is the best! We were born and raised in Johnson City. The military and civilian work had us traveling for many years. So every time we think we are ready to settle down and maybe retire we alway come back to our hometown. That’s where Cory comes in. I have simply lost count of how many times I’ve used Cory in the past. Let me see if I can recount! During Covid, he helped us buy a condo sight unseen, and it was a great purchase. Then he sold that condo for us a couple years later. Sometime later we moved back to Johnson City and bought a for sale by owner home and he helped us sell that one too. Eventually we came back to Johnson City and he helped us buy a home sight unseen again. We were very satisfied with that purchase as well. We thought that would be our retirement home… but nope, so he helped us sell that one too. Who knows what we will do next, but if we make it back to East TN we would not even consider using another Realtor. We will always call Cory.
We have used Bridge Pointe Real Estate for four different transactions and have no complaints. Our realtor Cory is easy going and not high pressured at all. Cory helped us buy two homes (sight unseen) and he has sold two homes for us as well. The first buy was during Covid and the second home we just recently purchased. I can tell you, we worked that man to death. We looked at so many homes when we were in town, but couldn’t find THE one. So over a four month period we watched the apps, and Cory went and viewed many properties for us using FaceTime. He never sugar coats anything. If he sees something that should be addressed, he points it out. His ultimate goal is to make sure you are pleased with your buying/selling experience. He’s a good one and so is Bridge Pointe Real Estate!

This gorgeous property was perfect for myself to officiate a wedding. Beautiful mountains in the background, plenty of indoor room and covered patio. They even shuttled us from our vehicles to the Pavilion.

Been going here with my two dogs, a Field Spaniel and Border Collie mix for six plus years. During this time span have dealt with normal annual visits and more emergency type situations. I have found the office staff, techs and doctors to be outstanding. In particular I want to praise Dr. Campbell. Both my dogs detest going to the vet in general, but they love her. Further, she abides all my questions with great patience and her explanations are always clear. She never pulls the "I'm the doctor and you're not routine" I've experienced with other vets. Simply, she's the best and I could not be happier that my dogs are in her care.
A wonderful establishment. Great place to have a good time with your K-9 and train for events like Dock Diving, agility, or barn hunts. There are wonderful people there who support one another. Very nicely kept.

I spoke with Tim when I called. He set an appointment for me right away as we were looking to close on our house. He was very professional and affordable.. He went over the full report with us and addressed as concerns. Very helpful even told us other service companies he would recommend for work we wanted down. Highly recommend for a job well done that puts you at ease.
Cannot recommend The Pond House on County Farm enough! We got married here on March 23, 2024, and it was an absolute dream! They helped me find a photographer literally the night before my wedding when my photographer couldn’t be there. Anything I needed they accommodated, 10/10 experience! We will be back for our anniversary photoshoot next March! Will post photos in my comments, as it won’t let me add any here.
She is very friendly. I always just get a trim and she does a fine job. Her prices are extremely reasonable. Make an appointment because I believe she stays booked up for a few weeks out usually.
Mary Ann Banner is the perfect massage therapist. Very calming personality and gentle hands. Both my husband and I go frequently. She leaves plenty of time between appointments for you to relax before and after your massage.

FYI, the posted hours on Maps is not correct. They're closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. I found out the hard way. I got a really good haircut a while back tho. A little pricey for a regular cut.

We had moved here 20 years ago but remained with our former CPA (out of state) to do our Federal return. We decided we wanted to work face to face and found Charles Bowers. Even without using last year's return, he was spot on and had it completed in 2 days in high tax season. Needless to say, we are very happy and will continue with him.

I had a cracked water line after they thawed. I called at least a dozen plumbers and either no answer or put on week long waiting list. Called Daniel Wednesday afternoon and he answered the phone and was able to come out to house after he finished other jobs. He was professional and courteous and very efficient. I was on my way from Greeneville and needed to go the urgent care. On my i found this Urgent care. Glad I stopped, amazing customer service. Ladies were very caring .The place is so clean and everyone was so helpful..The waiting time, not even 10 min and I was out within 20. I am looking for a primary doctor, since I just moved here, felt regood about this Primary doctor, he wasnt there, but given the amazing customer service, the cleanness and waiting time, tells me all, that this is a great doctor!
