“The Johnson City office has been such a lovely place for me! I have had some difficult dentist experiences that have led to neglecting care. But over the last couple months of working with them I have gained trust and confidence in this team. So far I have had a root canal w/crown and deep cleaning. I have a bit more work to be done but in these 3 appointments the doctor (Dr. Marshall), dental hygenist (Chloe), and several woman in the admin side have been patient with my questions and very good at explaining procedures as we go. This office is expanding and I hope patients looking for a dental office, look into this location. So far my appointment times have been spot on, no extended wait times or having appointments changed last minute, which is awesome for those of us trying to fit appointments in during our work day.

Im not going to review costs because there are variables involved but they explain the treatment plans and costs very simply.“

“I've been going here for years. Everyone in my family uses this office. Dr. Clanton is excellent, but what really makes this place shine is the amazing staff. Everyone who works here is kind, professional, and good at their jobs. From all of the cleaners I've seen to the fantastic receptionist, Liz.

There is also very low emplyee turnover, and the people ive seen for years still work there, which indicates the level of care and competency shown in this practice.

“Dr. Patel filled a cavity for me in my front tooth. She was amazing. I have severe medical anxiety and don’t like any type of medicine. She filled the cavity for me with the request that no numbing agent was used. She gave me a break when I needed one and allowed my husband to come back only because I couldn’t calm down. I went to Blue Plum dental, who kicked me out due to my anxiety. So, I chose to go to Johnson City Dental instead, knowing my insurance wouldn’t cover their services. Dr. Patel took care of my health even when it was hard on her. She did the same for husband who has had to have 2 tooth extractions due to a broken tooth. I would gladly choose to pay 100% out of pocket to go here than somewhere that accepts my insurance.“
