“While in the waiting room, I was able to eavesdrop (inadvertently) on some of the phone conversations the receptionists were having with clients about their appointments. I was awed by theirs graciousness, courtesy, empathy, and genuine interest in the individual. The way they make clients feel important and valued is off the chart these days. I see that same professionalism across the entire office when I come for appointments.Kudos to the entire staff!!“
