Our Tech Brian Birch is the sole reason I would recommend Terminix so highly. Brian is knowledgeable about the product and its application; He always asks me to be sure to call if I need anything in between service and he means it. Brian is THE example of excellent customer service, AND he is good with the hounds. I am sure he is underpaid, please give him a raise.
