Our technician, Moses, was amazing. Prior to initiating treatment, he took the time to thoroughly inspect each room to make sure the treatment plan was appropriate. After confirming the problem and completing the treatment he then took the time to explain what he did, advise us of what we should do going forward and answered all our questions.

Moses is wonderful!! He takes the time to look for everything and alert us if there are any problems and always there to help us with any questions we have. He is always on time and lets us know the time frame he will be here. Terminix is a great company to use for any issues/problems you are having.
