“I came to Johnson City about eight months ago. I always get my hair lightly permed because I have rheumatoid arthritis and it really helps keep the pain away from my shoulders and wrists as I don't have to be straightening and curling my hair.I went into Sam because I randomly picked someone out of Google!When I called, he scheduled me for a perm and a haircut. When I got there unfortunately he told me he was not comfortable doing a perm on my hair because it was too dry. (He had a much nicer and gentler way of putting it than that )I was honestly so sad and disappointed because I knew how much I hurt doing my hair that I sort of cried. Sam felt horrible -now I'd never met him before this, but he offered to give me a deep conditioning treatment for free.I asked him to let me pay for it, and he absolutely refused. He felt so badly, and it was not even his fault.This deep conditioning treatment completely repaired my hair. I will definitely get one again in a few months. I waited three weeks because this conditioning treatment lasts for 30 days even when you wash your hair. I went back in and he told me my hair was in great condition and I got a beautiful, soft perm that I absolutely adore and I don't have to do anything to my hair But wash it and go.Sam is efficient, he's honest, and I've never felt more comfortable talking to someone that I had never met in my life!Sam and José are awesome Stylists and just awesome people.I will never go anywhere else to get my hair done. I have to say Sam is one of those people you wish you were related to because you don't ever want the chance of not being in touch with him. Kindness goes along way, and Sam is the epitome of kindness.“

“I came to Hair Fashion Forum nearly a month ago for the first time. I was traveling for work and was in need of a good hair cut, a friend of mine recommended this place to me. As I walked in, I was immediately greeted by the hair stylist, Kim, whom I had an appointment with. Kim was very friendly and professional. I absolutely love my hair cut that she gave me and the way that she styled my hair afterwards. I came back yesterday for a hair color appointment and Kim also did a great job on my color.
