We therefore had a broken water heater and need a replacement. I looked at a number of significant plumbing companies, and gosh, were their costs outrageous. Then we tried several solo plumbers, who were undoubtedly less expensive but had mediocre customer service. But what's this? We happened to run upon these people who specialize in water heaters. They set up an easy-to-use online bidding system, were flexible with scheduling when to install, and had costs that were significantly lower than those of the bigwigs. These people were really cool.
