Getting proposed to this weekend. I called ahead to make sure they could take a walk in and they were so kind on the phone.( I had already called multiple places and they weren’t so nice ) so I decided to give them a chance and I’m glad I did !! I’m really glad with how my nails turned out. Most places refuse me due to my small nail beds and can clearly tell they don’t want to be doing my nails. But I had a completely different experience today! I have been coming to LV Nail Salon (formerly Bilancia) for 7 years now and they have always been so good about gentle nail technicians, beautiful work, and hygienic salons. Holly left which was sad, but Ana and John and the others are VERY talented in what they do. I’ve taken friends and family here and I will continue to do so.
Best nail salon in the TriCities area. I've been going here for years and have never been disappointed. Ms. Cindy and John are the best! Cindy does my pedicures and John always does my nails. John did my nails for my son's wedding and they were absolutely beautiful. The detail in the artwork was breathtaking.
