We were ready to sign with Home Depot when our builder suggested giving Kitchens by Design a try. We are so glad we took his advice, Cheri was great to work with. She spent time understanding what we needed, and worked with us to develop a design, a product and a color that worked for us. We ended up with a better product, a better design and a better color at a substantial discount to what was offered by Home Depot. Our assumption when we started was that a small specialty cabinet company could not match a big box store on price, I was right. Kitchens by Design was much less expensive. I strongly recommend this company to anyone working on an new kitchen,
Cheri, Bryson, Christina, and Nolan were top notch to work with. We used Kitchens by Design twice for cabinets in two of our houses. Our experience both times was exceptional. They did not settle for imperfection. They spent countless hours with us from the design, ordering, and delivery, to working with our installer and follow-up thereafter. They were professional, friendly, thorough, patient, and genuinely wanted to get every detail right. They took the time to explain things and if something did not “fit” or seemed “off” they made suggestions that we had not even considered. We purchased kitchen cabinets. Cheri was very knowledgeable and so easy to work with. Our reno was being in Erwin an old barn. While we lived out of state. We were only able to visit for a day or two.
We scheduled visits and were able to create a beautiful kitchen.
The entire staff was helpful and friendly. Now that our cabinets are installed they are magnificent.
