Flooring Simplicity has been in the flooring and bath remodeling business in Johnson City, TN for over 20 years. They are recognized as the #1 Flooring Installation company in the Tri-Cities. The owner was very friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of tile and wood. The service was amazing and the workmanship was top notch. The floors look fabulous. They communicated each day when they would be at the house and what would be completed that day. The workers were very polite and cleaned up every day when they finished. Dan stood by his product and service. The whole team was professional start to finish. Each day, the guys showed up on time and would clean up afterward. They were incredibly respectful of the space throughout the project. Antonio was an artist with the tile. The showroom features premium flooring options including hardwood, luxury vinyl, tile, and carpet. They provide personalized design plans and budget-friendly solutions. Highly recommend them for any project.
we purchased a newly constructed house in Gray, Tennessee. We chose Flooring Simplicity to install our flooring and back splash. I must say that was one of the best decisions we made! Gabriel, who works in the showroom, was amazing. She listened to what we wanted, showed us many samples to choose from and offered suggestions to make our ideas better. The installers were fantastic. The flooring came excellent. Our back splash is incredible. The installer was extremely professional. He was meticulous cutting and placing the tiles. He kept a clean work area. He was just a very personable man. I would definitely use Flooring Simplicity for future tile or flooring needs!
