I came to Johnson City about eight months ago. I always get my hair lightly permed because I have rheumatoid arthritis and it really helps keep the pain away from my shoulders and wrists as I don't have to be straightening and curling my hair.I went into Sam because I randomly picked someone out of Google!When I called, he scheduled me for a perm and a haircut. When I got there unfortunately he told me he was not comfortable doing a perm on my hair because it was too dry. (He had a much nicer and gentler way of putting it than that )I was honestly so sad and disappointed because I knew how much I hurt doing my hair that I sort of cried. 5 stars for this place . I called to schedule an appt and they told me to come on in . Got there showed him the picture and told him what I wanted and he did it . Thanks Sam & Jesus for your wonderful service .

It was my first time at Design Studio… I decided to give Sam a try as he was highly recommended by many people. I was not disappointed in the least!!! He was professional, courteous and did an amazing job on my hair!! The cut & color exceeded my expectations for sure!! Will definitely be back and highly recommend Sam❤️❤️Services: Haircut
