My therapist is very knowledgeable and helpful. After the 2 sessions I've had so far and learning the stretching exercises to strengthen my arm, im pretty confident I will be able to use it more without any pain soon.. im an Air Force Veteran and I am very grateful for Community Care sending me to Ballad Health Outpatient Rehabilitation.
I am seeing Erin for shoulder therapy after a fall that led the to my humerus breaking ;now the bone is healing. She is instructing me to increase mobility and strength as I can not raise my arm. She’s wonderful to work with and I appreciate her willingness to help me meet daily goals and challenges. I’m still in pain and we work to my limits. I feel comfortable and confident in her care. The facilities are spacious and comfortable yet not overwhelming. I highly recommend Ballad Health Outpatient Rehabilitation.
Sorry don't recognize this facility NAME. Currently im w WATAGUA ORTHOPEDIC JC AND KPT. don't recognize Ballard facility rehab as a provider FOR ME. OF COURSE IM SUPPOSE TO GO TO A NEW FOOT PODIATRIST AND NEW NERVE SPECIALIST but haven't received the appointments yet.

Alright orientation scheduled for 45 minutes but we went almost 2 hours. Great questions Great feedback overall positive. Highly recommend this facility
