While in the waiting room, I was able to eavesdrop (inadvertently) on some of the phone conversations the receptionists were having with clients about their appointments. I was awed by theirs graciousness, courtesy, empathy, and genuine interest in the individual. The way they make clients feel important and valued is off the chart these days. I see that same professionalism across the entire office when I come for appointments.Kudos to the entire staff!!
Myself and my entire family have been patients at Blue Plum dental for years. I have always had a great experience! The ladies who do my cleanings (especially Judy) and the front office ladies are so sweet, and the doctors are very kind and professional. Every time I have had a cavity filling, it’s always been an easy and pain free experience. I would highly recommend Blue Plum dental.
I’ve been a patient for years at what was formerly Banyas and Miranda. The staff is wonderful, they’re always friendly and eager to help with any dental issues.I have recommended them to many friends and will continue to do so.
