Just moved here from Ohio. This was my first time getting my nails done in TN. Service was fine and timely. But my sister booked us both an appointment for the same time together and we were all the way across the shop from one another. I would come back but I think there may be better for a cheaper price.

First time here. Not impressed. The pedicure area was also the storage area, full of boxes and crowded. The person doing my pedicure took a video call while working on my feet. Completely unprofessional.Will not be back.

I went to VIP nails because my best friend suggested it. Well when I got there I had asked the lady how long she’s done nails and If she liked doing them, she said “I hate this job, hate doing nails and I don’t get paid well”. Before I asked her those questions I told her this was my second time getting acrylics, and the first time I had them they looked terrible. When she was done it looked good but once I actually looked it was not good. Also I noticed some other nail artists there FaceTiming and calling people while doing the customers nails, very unprofessional.
