Marc Francis was professional, friendly, arrived early and explained the issues with our tankless water heater as well as everything he was doing to repair it. Thankfully, it is working without issue now, and we have uninterrupted hot showers again. We will use Marc Francis Plumbing again.Service: Water heater repair

Marc replaced our septic line today. The entire process from booking the appointment through getting the invoice was great! Joya helped answer my questions, booked the appointment, and worked with me to set up the financing - she was very kind and explained everything thoroughly and patiently from start to finish! They had to reschedule our appointment once, but they were apologetic and very polite. Marc was friendly and professional and the job got done quickly, cleanly, and was kept within the estimate as promised. Highly recommend!!
