Absolutely gorgeous nails for the holiday. I got gel x and nail art. My first time getting moderately complex nail art and I'm so satisfied! They are beautiful! Nice shop, very clean and well decorated. All of the techs were fun and nice and Kim's nail art was top notch. I've already gotten a ton of compliments and it's only been a couple hours since my appointment. I will be back!
Great salon! I love the quirky decor, always something new to enjoy on the walls— very spacious. Easy to get to in spite of being out of the city. On time. And I think Nicolette does a wonderful job— she makes sure we’re on the same page re the goal before she starts cutting. Good to talk with, too.

I’ve been going to Abby for over 7 years now for regular cut and color (which she always does an excellent job at), but she recently did my hair for my wedding along with three bridesmaids, two mothers, and my three year old niece! Abby did an amazing job with all of us, and she even got my niece to cooperate. I 100% will always recommend Abby for regular hair and for special events!
I can't say enough good things about Beau! My daughter is autistic and has super high anxiety and getting her a haircut has been a struggle. She's 6 and has never had one before ever. Beau was nothing short of absolutely amazing and made our experience great! First off, his little room is small and intimate. It's just him and the client (and parent/guardian). There are no other customers in there at the same time so he can focus on just 1 person at a time. That's a huge plus especially for my daughter. He put cartoons on the TV and let her play with some fidget toys to ease her anxiety. He explained everything he was doing every step of the way so my daughter wasn't surprised by anything and knew exactly what was going on. He even sprayed a little glitter on her hair after the cut to make it sparkle! By the end of it my daughter was smiling and so happy to have had her hair cut! I will definitely be going back and would recommend Spectrum to anyone who has any kind of issues or anxiety about going to a salon. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Been going here for a few months after driving by and using Booksy to book an appointment with Mariek. Mariek and his attention to detail are incredible. For a while it was only Rege and Mariek and the vibes in the shop are always chill. You can sit in the chair silent or talk the entire time depending on your personality. Nick, is a true artisan of his trade craft. He dials up the best fades, straight razor shaves and conversions. It has become part of my routine now it's my 2nd cut in the last month. I now drop in for a cut whenever I'm in town from So Cal monthly. This is a must do if your into proper cuts done with pride and authenticity. Be back in a couple weeks. Thanks again for opening up the shop to accommodate me the day after thanksgiving.

Kim was my amazing stylist. You won't go wrong with her! Hands down, great and relaxing place for a great haircut, shave (and wax for those nose and ear hairs)! Be pampered, leave feeling great. I needed to clean-up for a family get together and was lucky enough to get in on the same day.
I typically do my own hair (not well at all, may I add! Haha!), but I found myself off work on a random Wednesday and decided to treat myself to some self-care for a change of pace. Usually I let my hair grow pretty long and then take out my old $20 clipper set from Target and go wild (emphasis on the "wild" part), and end up with a much shorter but very misshapen and not-faded or edged clipper cut. Today I wanted better for myself as I get ready for an upcoming job interview. I easily made a same-day appointment on their web site. I showed up about eight minutes before my appointment time and was greeted promptly. I was taken right back by Xavier, and let me tell you that dude is quite an ARTIST. I'm a perfectionist myself at my own job, so I appreciated that Xavier didn't make me feel rushed at all despite his next appointment showing up when we were only about 80% finished. Xavier used a variety of tools (including the strongest blow-dryer I have ever felt! Haha!), and he was very particular about giving it a 110% effort. I usually don't put much effort into how I look or how I present myself, but I am very grateful Xavier did such a great job because it will boost my confidence now for a long time going forward. Xavier even quickly touched up my bushy eyebrows and my nape/neck line area without having to be asked or prompted. I also had a great time chatting with him and learning he's a brand new daddy (congrats again!) He also gave me a few hiking spot suggestions for if and when I ever take my long-awaited trip to Seattle and the surrounding areas. This salon/barber shop services all age ranges, too. I'm in my late-30's (an "elder Millennial"), and while I was there they had a couple of middle-aged and senior male clients come and go, and Xavier's next appointment after mine was a little boy. Parking is free and very convenient. It is CASH ONLY, but they do have an on-site ATM. I am definitely going to recommend this business and Xavier to friends of mine. It was well worth my long drive up from the North Side. Thanks for the great service today!!
Last week I went to a supercuts and they butchered my hair. Ken did an awesome job repairing it and even gave me a discount. Will definitely be making this my regular spot for haircuts.

I’ve been tanning for 40 years. Luminous tan along with Bri and the girls outshine any place I’ve ever gone. Great specials, great customer, service and kindness, and the cleanest facilities I’ve ever seen. If you’re tanning somewhere else you’re missing out.

Anytime tan is a very clean tanning salon. There are a lot of beds so I never have to wait or make an appt. I think it's the largest salon in the area. There are 3 levels of beds. The beds are older but good. If you sign up for a membership, your credit card will be charged monthly until you cancel your membership. Just make sure you understand what you're buying. It's pretty straightforward. The salon is in a great location. Prices are comparable to or better than other local salons. I would recommend this salon to others. Rachel, who works there is very nice. The owner has also been very nice to me any time I've interacted with her.

I’ve been coming to NailChic since shortly after Dana opened and have always loved my experience here! Today I saw Tyra for the first time and if you know me, you know I was nervous. She. Did. AMAZING!! ? The salon I went to before I came today did not do a good job on my nails, and they broke. Tyra listened intently, looked at my nails and did a cut down and reshaping so that they looked good! She interpreted the design I wanted absolutely flawlessly! She also did my pedicure to perfection! I’ve since booked 2 follow up appointments for both a gel manicure and pedicure. Dana does an AMAZING job coaching her techs while allowing them to flourish in their strengths. I travel across town to come here and I will continue for as long as Dana is open. 5 stars!

Was only in town for 30 hours. Had no clue that salons would be booked out a month ahead! Luckily Top Nails answered and had an opening that fit our schedule. Was a little skeptical at first, but Theresa was the absolute sweetest. She didn't skip steps that a lot of other salons do. So soft, and they look beautiful. Oksana informed me all about the DMK line and the story behind it. I felt so welcomed and in the best care. The Salon/Spa is clean, calming, and relaxing. Everyone I met was friendly and kind. The boutique is beautiful and very cute with locally women owned business vendors that supply such great items. I can't wait to come back for another mani/pedi and to try some other services!

Received the BEST scalp facial ever from Myranda. This was one of the most relaxing and rejuvenating experiences from start to finish. The head massage PLUS the arm and hand massage was amazing! I don’t know how to summarize what an amazing stylist Andrea is! She not only gave me a much needed and overdue transformation with cut and color, but also a renewed sense of confidence and general care of myself. I had all but given up on ever loving my hair again before I came to her and after spending an IMMENSE amount of time listening to my concerns, dislikes, previous experience, etc. The outcome was even better than I expected! I don’t have an easy hair type to deal with. She has such vast knowledge of not only dealing with the type of hair you have, but age related changes along with, most importantly, how certain health issues can affect your hair type and what may work best for you. This lady KNOWS HER STUFF!! I really wasn’t sure what I needed but her vision and recommendation of color for my hair exceeded my expectations! Some of my friends, people at my CrossFit gym and coworkers didn’t recognize me at first! Most important is that my husband loved it and loves how much happier I am. If you are stuck or unhappy where you are currently at, you need to go see her. The way she welcomes you and works with you can’t be overstated, all combined with how beautiful she is inside and out!

Auset is a great massage therapist! She is knowledgeable and thorough! It’s been about a year or 2 since I had a massage of any kind and this is by far the best massage I have had! I especially like the way she asks and communicates with you about any past injuries and what areas you would like her to focus on. I know there are a lot of options when it comes to massage therapists but, give her a try and you won’t be disappointed!

Extremely professional and clean. I've never had a negative experience here, especially as far as massage facilities can go. Bathrooms always appear just-cleaned, waiting area is always welcoming and stocked with mints, water, and tea, and front staff is always very pleasant and helpful.

I see Trisha as my skin coach. At my consultation visit with her, she and I discussed my goals: diminishing the dark spots on my left cheek. These spots had been a nuisance of mine for the past 15 years. I had had them worked on before by another establishment, and although their quick procedure resulted in clear skin each time, the spots would reappear within a few months. What was more frustrating than that, though, was that they never guided me on what steps to take with my skin, perhaps it was because we did not have a relationship. I walked in, asked for the procedure that I had heard about, received it, and walked out. That was easy, but I needed more. What I needed — knew that I needed — was a knowledgeable professional to guide me — to coach me — on what to do to achieve and maintain my goal. And this is why I see Trisha as my coach. She set me up on a skincare regimen that is quick and easy and that impacted the health of my skin almost instantaneously. I was stunned that I myself could see the result so soon! Eventually we moved onto peels that really gave me the result I was after. To reach the result that I have now was a process — which Trisha often reminded me of — but it was a process that she was on with me. I would text her with questions about not remembering which product to use or about why there was a red blotch on my chin, and she would answer, just as she had said she would. My husband and friends are amazed with how radiant my face looks and the dark spots that are dimensioned by about 90%. I appreciate Trisha so much — she provides me the tools I need, instructs me on what to do, cheers me on, and celebrates with me. She and I make a good team.

Kristen did my eyebrows and they were fantastic. She made me feel comfortable and it was an enjoyable experience- so much so that I went back for a makeup consultation with her. I feel like I have a pretty good grip on makeup, so I was a little concerned that doing a makeup session with her wouldn’t be worth my time and money—but I was so wrong! Kristen took the time to go through my makeup regimen and techniques, helped me to come up with a day and night look, kept me on trend without being too trendy, and recommended both high end and drug store dupes. Laura has done two tattoos for me this year and I love them both so much! She was very honest about what to expect with the pain for both locations, which I appreciated even though I know all tattoos hurt to some extent. She also helped me decide on the location of the second tattoo and moved the stencil as many times as needed until we agreed on a good placement. She’s easy to talk to but also doesn’t seem to have an issue with a quieter session. Everyone that works there is friendly and the shop is super clean. I will be back to get more work done by Laura and always recommend her to others!

I got my first tattoo here. To sum it up, I couldn't have found a more comfortable space to be. They genuinely care for you as a person and do their job efficiently and even give aftercare instructions. Great shop! Super glad I met Jason. I had started a sleeve at another shop and unfortunately, the artist passed away. It was hard to find an artist that would help me finish what was already started. Jason helped me flesh out the rest of the sleeve and we're taking it in a whole new and exciting direction! Can't wait until we start adding color to the black work he's done so far.
The shop is clean and the vibe is very calm and zen-like. When you spend hours, and hours, and hours getting tattooed, it really helps having an environment where you feel comfortable and it's easy to have a conversation.

We had a full repiping of our home. The company attended to pin hole leaks, promptly provided estimate and scheduled the work immediately on our acceptance of the bid. Before the work could be done, they immediately attended to a new leak, which took two techs, two hours, at no charge. The company did the job within the projected two days and promptly addressed punch list items. The workers were very polite and respectful. We are extremely pleased with the experience and would highly recommend them.

I don’t often write reviews, but want to give a shout out to Michael H who has cleaned my carpet the last two times. I always liked Roth for routine cleaning over the years, but recently challenging since my little dog had some urine accidents. The previous person gave it a valiant try, but Michael got the stains and odor out last year and I was so excited to he was still there this year.
The other amazing thing is that last year Michael even got out some dried paint from a living room paint job. The carpet is so old that I just let it go figuring I would replace it when I move. He made it look almost new, and certainly not as embarrassing as it was. Plus, he’s a good guy with a good attitude.

We recently had our living room furniture, rug and drapery cleaned by COIT. We dealt with 3 individuals thru this process (Steve, Archie and Eric). These individuals were extremely professional and highly competent in the work performed. Archie and Eric explained the various cleaning processes and were very knowledgeable as to which would be the most beneficial based on the fabrics being cleaned. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the results. Although the furniture had not been professionally cleaned in many years, they were able to bring it back to life in a way we thought impossible. Steve was exceptionally knowledgeable relative to our living room sheer catastrophe. Unfortunately, our aged sheers could not be repaired. Young Bros. installed a new, engineered wood floor and baseboards in my condo, which replaced a very old and grubby carpet. Dave and Yuri did a great job. They coped with the condo rules for contractors (not so easy!), and once they got started they were there until the job was finished. The new floor is beautiful overall, and the detailed work exceptional.

I have been looking forward to putting a second bathroom in our house for YEARS. Rather than fighting the space I wanted to lean into industrial style with the brick wall and exposed pipes and Ryan was able to make it look EXACTLY how I hoped it would in my head. Seth and Greg make marvels in remodeling; they know how to fix the imperfections and how to adapt new items to old houses (here in Pittsburgh, these old houses are the rule). Our experience with Rolling Hills Landscapes was great, and the product delivered by the company has been topnotch. It's been over a year since we had our retaining walls replaced, and we couldn't be happier with them. I can't recommend Rolling Hills Landscapes enough.
We had two retaining walls lining our driveway replaced during the summer of 2023. We collected quotes from six companies for the project. As you can see, the "before" picture shows one of our crumbling natural stone walls. They needed a LOT of work. Rolling Hills Landscapes offered what we felt was the best product for the price. The service we received during the process was wonderful.
Amanda Linder communicated with us throughout the entire process, and her customer service was just incredible. She explained everything from cost breakdown and permit requirements to design and add-on options. We never felt sales pressure from her, and she was patient with our questions. She maintained consistent contact with us from start to finish.
The crew who worked on the project was also respectful of our property, our neighbor's property, and our privacy. They took care not to damage the concrete driveway. I think they left things in better shape than they found it. Rolling Hills even coordinated with us on where to put grass seed so we could do our own landscaping.
Finally, the product we received it great. We have two beautiful stone walls at a reasonable price, including drainage and interlocking blocks to ensure they're sturdy and last. Over the last year and a half, they've stayed secure and still look beautiful. We can't recommend Rolling Hills Landscapes enough for your retaining wall needs!

Patrizia is so thoughtful, knowledgeable, and generous with her expertise.Gardenalia redesigned our front yard and supplied the plants; we installed them ourselves. Patrizia understood our priorities (ideally low-maintenance, beautiful, long-lasting, and also friendly to the local ecosystem) and designed a lovely planting plan that checked every box.I appreciated her flexibility: the design plan included price estimates for ordering the plants through Gardenalia with or without installation. She also provided helpful advice on sourcing the plants (and substitutions) if we decided not to order through them, and about planting.Patrizia's design is so much better than anything we could have cobbled together through pinterest/gardening books/asking my grandmother and was well worth the cost. If you want beautiful landscaping but find the thought of researching/selecting plants yourself exhausting (like I do), work with Gardenalia!!

Jordan and his entire team were professional and did exceptional work. We had new construction and our back yard wasn't in a great state. The soil wasn't great quality, the grass wasn't coming in, and it was not well graded. Our yard was pocketed and muddy.
We had a large plan to re-grade, add a deck and fence, and some large planting beds. Steel city was very flexible and got us in early to do the grading portion before the deck/fence went in and was able to come by later in the year to do the plantings.
Every part of the result is excellent. Our yard is much more usable, and the beds they added are beautiful. Several times I have been in our back yard and had people walking by comment on how great it looks and ask who did it. We will definitely be using them for future work and recommending them to any who needs landscaping work.
10/3 followup: By the end of the summer, a few of the arborvitae they planted had died. It was a brutal summer with record highs and almost no rain, so no surprise there. Steel City replaced them for free and somehow managed to do so without harming any of the many flowers and other plantings surrounding them. We also had them come and do aeration/overseeding/topdressing for our front yard (which was pretty barren). Just a week and a half later, it is absolutely lush.
We are so happy with Wichman hardscape/landscape they were beyond our expectations!!! Great team very professional and caring about their work and our property. They get my highest recommendation! D
The folks at Terra Green are very good people to deal with. They listened to our concerns for improving the landscape around our home and were very patient in dealing with changes and money concerns. They were quick to answer questions and concerns even though we made some changes to their recommendations and went over their design several times.
We had hardscape work done initially including the installation of new steps on one side of our home and a garbage enclosure on the other side. We split work over a couple of years to better handle finances and the hardscape was the first work completed.
We also chose to eliminate some of our grass areas because they were difficult to maintain and to keep out weeds. Their design recommendation was to use stone of various kinds in several locations. The installation of a new lawn and garden area was the last part of the work. Though we had some issues they were quick to resolve them. For example, some plants that were installed did not thrive and they replaced some and will replace others in 2025. The front lawn was installed but the grass did not grow or grow only in spots and they replanted.
We hired them because they are listed on the Phipps Conservatory Landcare list. We are also impressed that they are recognized as the Small Business of the Year by the University of Pittsburgh as well as recognized for their sustainable designs and products. Though they are small, they provide excellent service.

Anthony and his crew did a great job of pruning, trimming, and cutting a huge, old, half dead Silver Maple in our back yard. We had perfect weather for December, so don’t think it’s too late to complete your project this year, or winter.If it’s not windy, and the conditions are safe, see if he can fit you in. That’s what he did for me after a quick call last week for an estimate. I called him Wednesday morning, he called me back Wednesday evening, then Friday he gave me an estimate, and at that time I told him I could also use some cord wood to burn in outdoor fire pit. Sunday he delivered wood, then Monday morning he arrived with his crew to tackle the old, big Maple. The enormous tree was partially hanging over the street, and a neighbors yard, next to a fence in the back of my yard. It was interesting to watch them handle a difficult task with efficiency and precision, and at the same time be careful and respectful of our yard, the street and the neighbors. Anthony and his people do a great clean up when done also.I would definitely recommend Anthony and his crew for quick response, fair pricing, great communication, and professional work.In fact in the next few weeks I’m going to use him again for maintenance and gravel for the driveway, and in the spring for a project of a Privacy fence and landscaping.Give this local, small family business a chance/opportunity to help you start and finish some tree trimming/removal, cord wood delivery, driveway gravel, or a future landscaping project you need help with!

I have been dreading going to the dentist because of how my past experiences have been, but wow -- where you go truly makes a difference. My mouth is very sensitive, and cleanings have always been pretty painful for me, but I barely felt a thing here! My two year old son had fallen pretty hard and knocked his tooth loose. After a quick evaluation, I was referred to Pediatric Dentistry of Pittsburgh by my local dentist for my son’s unfortunate tooth extraction. Dr. Shaw and his staff, and Dr. Borandi (Dentist Anesthesiologist) were fortunately able to squeeze us in on short notice for my son’s extraction. Dr. Shaw and staff / Dr. Borandi were exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and comforting during the entire process. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and both Dr. Shaw and Dr. Borandi took time to explain the sedation and procedure and answered any questions my wife and I had. Post-extraction, the doctors and staff all checked in regularly to see how my son was doing for the short time we were there before we were cleared to leave. They were all extremely genuine in the well-being of my son, and my wife and I are so very appreciative and grateful of their work and attentiveness throughout the process. I would highly recommend Dr. Shaw and staff / Dr. Borandi for all pediatric dentistry needs. Thank you all so much!

The staff at this office are so wonderful! We switched to this office when my son was still a little peanut. Dr. Udewku and the team always takes care of us! Michelle Broadland is an excellent PA-C. I have been seeing her for my skin issues for about 10 years. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and it is wonderful to deal with her. I highly recommend this practice for skin cancer issues.

We had our pups at Pampurred Paws Hotel inside Greenfield Vet. The staff are fantastic and really love the dogs. While they are not always on top of communicating with us, the care they provide is exceptional.
We also love the Veterinary Hospital. Everyone works hard to make sure the animals are cared for. Scheduling is easy and I have been able to get "squeezed in" for issues.
Dr. Berner and the team are wonderful and they always take great care of my cats. One cat was having an issue with her eye and I appreciated the thorough exam that was done.

I have taken my sheepadoodle to many different groomers in the Pittsburgh area and NO ONE does a better job than Animal Elegance! My dog ALWAYS looks, feels and smells so good after her groom. Her cut is always even and exactly what i ask for. Mandi is a doodle whisperer when it comes to grooming. Would recommend them time and time again. 10/10!
I couldn't recommend A Diamond in the Ruff any more highly. I spoke with Kathryn on the phone and in the salon and she was extremely friendly and helpful. They got my puppy in for his first grooming appointment really quickly and he had a great time making new friends while getting a great haircut. I'm so happy I found them and Charlie is too!
We have an anxious and young standard poodle, and out of all of the places we have been for his haircuts, Nikki at Red Dog has by farrrr been the best. Nikki is kind, thoroughly explains and communicates any necessary info and most importantly is patient and understanding of our sweet boy Moose. We could not ask for a better grooming experience.
I’m from out of town. I have a white Persian cat and I needed to find someone to groom him. My sister had recommended Joyce whom she had met. I called Joyce. She was so so nice on the phone. I was really looking forward to see her. Her history grooming. Animals was impressive.. so I dropped my cat off and I came back to pick them up within an hour. He looked beautiful, so so handsome she did such an amazing job. She didn’t need to use a cone. She believes that her in the cat bond and she hold her cat close to her as she groom them she gains there total total trust. My cat came home. He’s strutting around the house. He loves loves loves his haircut. I can’t say enough about Joyce, but thank you so much for taking care of him. He means a lot to me if anyone needs a cat groomer that would take care of your cat like it’s theirs Joyce is the one. I’m from New York and there’s only one other groomer that my cat trusted as much as Joyce. I highly highly recommend her thank you, Joyce.

We just moved into the area a few months ago and were looking for a new groomer for our three poodles. Karen was booked out when I first reached out (a great sign), but we were added to a cancellation list. My dogs had their first appointment this week and everything was great.
The pups look great. Karen was communicative throughout the whole process and sent updates and photos as well. My dogs did great with her which tells me she made them feel safe and comfortable! Karen was also understanding when I was running a few minutes behind on a hectic day.
I’m glad the salon is a short walk from my place. I highly recommend Doggone Delightful.

Dr. Rob is an amazing practitioner! I've seen a handful of acupuncturists throughout the years with varying degrees of success, but Dr. Rob is incredibly skilled. His diagnostic process is spot on, he listens to both what the body and the person is saying to develop an effective treatment plan. I initially went to see him for some sleep issues and depression and within a month he had me feeling like a different person. He is more than happy to discuss and explain any of the modalities and treatments and he does so with an absolutely charming disposition. He also is incredibly honest and provides opportunity for you to weigh in on your progress and treatment plan (ie he won't tell you to come more than necessary). He is also very present during consults making sure he takes the time needed to answer questions and make you feel like you are getting his full attention.The practice has easy online appointment scheduling which is an added bonus and ample easy parking out front. The office itself is clean, comfortable, and welcoming and while I've had minimal contact with other staff those small encounters have been pleasant.Note that if you have mobility constraints to access the office requires navigating a few stairs down (with handrails) once you enter the building. I'm not sure if there is an alternate entrance.Go ahead and schedule for anything that ails you!

The best yoga studio in town, by far, and I've tried most. The perfect blend of breathwork, spirituality, meaningful flow, attunement and acceptance of all body types, and general, all around kindness. I haven't found a class, time or instructor that I didn't vibe with. They each have a fountain of knowledge and make sure you're comfortable. It's more than yogic-exercise here and I love that.
The Marathon massage workshop today given by Lesile Wright was incredible! Lesile's teaching and her knowledge of the human body is amazing. The way she invites you to explore and experience the mechanics of your body is empowering!! I always leave her classes more spacious in my own skin.... ? Thank you

This is one of, if not the best yoga studio I've been to. The instructors are very friendly, the atmosphere is inclusive, and Annie even extended my pass after having not been there in over a year! Will always recommend this place

I have taken gyrokenesis classes at Sneha for close to a year and have absolutely loved the studio, the people and this particular class. I have Lymphedema in my left arm as a result of breast cancer treatment and have found gyrokenesis (a type of movement, stretching, breathing exercise) to be enormously helpful in keeping my lymphatic system running well. Sneha is a peaceful, gorgeous studio. They offer a range of wellness and movement opportunities, although I just take the GK classes with Alejandro. My experience there has been a joy.
I’ve been attending classes since Dec, 2023.I’ve enjoyed all the classes I’ve taken this far. The instruction is on point and cueing is given when need. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. The studio is always clean and organized with the proper heat and humidifier setting which is a difficult task to be consistent with. I’ve been really enjoying the music class taught by Steven on Fridays, they’re so much fun with great music.

ViviPilates has been a wonderful place to learn the practice and gain strength and flexibility that I really need. Viviana and Kristin are great teachers, they are kind and supportive, and Viviana has created a fun and welcoming atmosphere. i also enjoy that it's located in the heart of Squirrel Hill with easy street parking in the front or the parking lot in the back - there's a back door to the studio from there.
Lynsey is THE best Pilates instructor and personal trainer in Pittsburgh! I knew nothing about Pilates before starting with her and she taught me proper form, technique and breathing. She’s helped me achieve my fitness goals and improve my overall health in the process. I am so much stronger and healthier because of Lynsey. I cannot recommend her enough. Whether it’s for class or one-on-one training, you’ll find no one better than Lynsey.
I've been a client of Touchstone Pilates for years and I can't recommend their hands-on, personalized approach enough. If you don’t cancel a class at least 12 hours in advance, you’ll be charged a fee, regardless of the circumstances—even in cases beyond your control, such as illness, emergencies, or bad weather. If you’re considering signing up for classes, it’s important to keep this policy in mind.

I absolutely love Solidcore! The instructors are incredible - they're motivating, encouraging, and incredibly knowledgeable. I'm always impressed by how they learn and remember everyone's names, which makes the classes feel so much more personal.
Beyond the amazing instructors, the workouts themselves are incredibly effective. I've been dealing with jumper's knee for a while, and Solidcore has been a game-changer in helping me strengthen the muscles around my knee and improve my overall stability. Additionally, I've noticed a significant improvement in my back pain since I started strengthening my core with these challenging yet rewarding classes.

This was my first ever massage and I'm hooked. Massage therapy was recommended to me by my neurologist for my chronic migraines as an adjunct to my pharmaceutical treatments. I explained my medical history and some personal apprehension to the practice of massage and Julianna was receptive, knowledgeable, and accommodating to my needs. She took time to explain which muscles she would focus on and welcomed my input along the way.
The space is small and relaxing, which I prefer over a large intimidating company. I was concerned about smell (of lotion or oil or incense) because I am sensitive to that; but nothing was overpowering or triggering to me.
I've scheduled another appointment with her and am looking forward to it! The cost seems fair and average compared to other places in the area, and I've decided that my health and relaxation are an investment I am willing to focus on.
I booked a deep tissue massage at Kneaded Tranquility on a whim based on the reviews and I’m so glad I did. I scheduled with Josh, and I honestly can’t sing his praises enough.
From the moment I arrived, he was welcoming and professional. We spent a few minutes discussing what was bothering me and what I hoped to get out of the session. I mentioned that in past massages, I’ve struggled to get enough pressure, being a bigger girl, I need deeper work to really get into the muscles. Josh completely understood and delivered exactly what I needed.
At no point did I feel uncomfortable. The massage table was wider than usual, which made a big difference—it allowed me to fully relax without worrying about where to place my arms. Even the music was a pleasant surprise, not your typical spa playlist, but relaxing lofi beats that gave the room a calm, modern vibe. The space itself was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully set up.
After the massage, I was given a bottle of water to help stay hydrated, which was a nice touch. And honestly… the massage was mind-blowing. I was so relaxed I had to sit in my car for a few minutes before driving away.
I can’t recommend Kneaded Tranquility enough. I’ve already let Josh know I’ll absolutely be rebooking with him. If you’re considering it, just do it. You won’t regret it.
She was amazing! This was probably the best massage I’ve ever had. I love deep tissue massage and she managed to release all of my tension from working a labor job. I can’t wait to go back! And like everyone said, don’t let the unassuming building fool you, you’re definitely in the right place :)

This is a good place to go for a lymphatic massage . Chioma had a lot of experience in this field. She is also very pleasant! The place was clean and quiet and very relaxing.

90 minutes with Ish and I feel unstuck and pliable again! She has such a unique combination of stretching and pressure; she really gets your whole body to relax and freely respond to its natural movement. I'll be back to try a full Thai massage soon. Highly recommend!

Jessica is extremely skilled and has made a huge difference in my overall wellness. I first went to her for help with my migraines, which were caused by a bad concussion and are aggravated by muscle tightness. Seeing her monthly has greatly decreased the frequency with which I get migraines, and she has even helped me with other body alignment issues that I didn't know could be improved. She always communicates what she'll be working on each session and spends the time that's necessary to truly make a difference. Highly recommend!

Great people who made therapy fun and exciting. I'm originally from Maryland and am only here for school so I was really nervous on how physical therapist would be here and if I would enjoy it. For a little context, I've been to physical therapy on and off due to continuous injuries in high school so I was nervous on receiving new care from someplace new. To my surprise, I loved it more than back home!!! I received amazing care and motivation to continue therapy and have never been treated better. They have so much knowledge about the field that they are in and are quick to help and manage pain. Overall a 10/10 experience!!! Also they played good music so that is definitely a plus!! :)))))

Jim and his team have a hands-on approach that really works. I have gone to other physical therapists for years, but I will never go anywhere else in the future.
I had an excellent experience working with Gordon at Square One! We were able to find a great recovery plan that allowed my injury to heal and then gradually ramp up the intensity, confirm I wasn't regressing, and eventually get me back to the level I used to be at. I highly recommend Square One Physical Therapy!
Recently I was diagnosed with Bell's Palsey which developed from Lyme Disease. I was prescribed a steroid and round of antibiotics from my PCP. Given the unknown recovery time for Bell's Palsey, I immediately began researching ways to recover quickly and fully. I found Dr. Wang through an internet search and close friend who knew of her office and quality of care. Upon my call, they were extremely accomodating and getting me into the office as soon as possible. Little did i know that this was the key to a full recovery. Dr. Wang took the time to explain Bell's Palsey and her approach. I was thrilled with the speed at which i noticed a difference. The right side of my face was paralyzed which made it tough to eat, drink and sleep. After my first 2 visits, I noticed a 50% improvement. After 4 visits, my recovery was 90%. Dr. Wang suggested 8 sessions but since we started quickly, the need for all 8 was reduced. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Wang, her approach and care given. The key is to catch Bell's Palsey early, do not wait and follow Dr.Wang's suggestions between visits.
Tyler is extremely knowledgeable and skilled. I've moved a lot and have seen a few acupuncturists for chronic conditions. The sessions with Tyler are simple, broad strokes and extremely effective. I am never known to nap or randomly fall asleep but my nervous system clearly needs this, I'm usually halfway in a dream while it works on me. I've noticed symptom relief after just a handful of sessions. And it's generously sliding scale. It is also located in a beautiful community space. 10/10 recommend
Going to Andrew has been life-changing. I've only had 6 sessions, but the improvement in my health--physically, psychologically, and emotionally--is drastic. I came to him really struggling, with chronic Lyme, EBV, Candida, anxiety/OCD/panic, migraines, POTS, fatigue, PMS...even heartbreak. My health was unstable, and my system was extremely weak, stressed, and sensitive. My first appointment, I arrived anxious and discouraged, but his presence was immediately comforting. He affirmed my struggles in a kind, caring way, and knew all the answers to everything I was going through. He felt my pulse and, like magic, could discern the state of my health (he asked if I had had a recent shock to my system...I had, and somehow he even could tell where I was feeling muscular tension). Five appointments later, my PMS has largely disappeared, my anxiety/OCD/panic is decreased, my migraines are rare, I have more energy than I have had in years, my heartbreak is mending (an unexpected bonus), and my infections, which have plagued me for years, are resolving. Granted, I have already been through years of treatment for my Lyme and other infections, but the healing process was long, drawn-out, and extremely taxing. Since starting acupuncture, however, my healing has progressed in leaps and bounds, and my system has recalibrated and strengthened as a whole. I even have the numbers to prove it--I recently got bloodwork done, and all my panels came back great, including my EBV count, which is markedly decreased. So, if you are considering getting acupuncture here, do it. It will likely be one of the best decisions you ever make.
Karen is amazing! I was visiting from out of town but was having some pretty bad back pain. I reached out to her and she was able to squeeze me in with super short notice! She is super friendly and I felt great after one session with her. If I lived in the Pittsburgh area, I'd be a repeat customer!
