We were recently thrown for a loop when a difficult to pinpoint pipe burst behind our wall. Ryan with Southside Plumbing took great care to listen and measure to narrow down where the leak actually was. His thoughtful efforts truly minimized the disruption and damage we had to endure. The team at South Side Plumbing replaced our furnace and A/C unit. Excellent company to work with, professional and experts in their trade. I recommend them if you want to work with a professional company that has preserved the "family" feel.

South Side Plumbing & Heating helped me resolve an issue with my water heater almost immediately. I called up and left a message about the issue (at which point I figured I probably wouldn't hear back), but Bill called me back within an hour. We scheduled an appointment for that day.Ryan came by that afternoon and helped me identify the quickest way to fix the heater. There was no attempt to upsell me on a full water heater replacement or anything, in fact Ryan helped identify EXACTLY what parts I'd need and how to get them.
